Dana Pettigrew is a very good plumber. Over the past 38 years he has fixed toilets, installed furnaces and everything in between, very reliable, and skilled. When a emergency occurs, he is quick to respond in a timely manner.

This plumber came out and checked out the job previous to the scheduled work-day. He told me his hourly rate. After the work was completed, on the invoice his hourly had almost doubled. I was furious. His employee, who was much more pleasant, did most of the work and probably got 1/10th of what I paid. When he was on-site he tracked mud all through my house with his large tread boots. He was generally condescending. Kind of guy who wears big boots, drives a big truck, charges a high price and acts high and mighty. Did not enjoy giving him my hard earned money.
