We had a brand new Carrier Furnace installed in January 2025 and on March 6, 2025 we noticed our furnace was not on.

I tried EVERY number for our installer but their recording said ""you have reached us after hours, please call back during regular business hours"" CLICK. NO where was there an emergency number.

I didn't know what to do so I called the emergency number for Dan Wood Heating Company since i have seen their trucks in the neighbor.

Aaron was so nice, patient, kind and understanding. He took us through a few steps to check and within 5 minutes our furnace was rebooting and we now have heat!!!!

Aaron knew that they did NOT install our furnace YET he returned my call and help us. Nicest person and Company around!!!!!
