Dan is terrific. Was able to do a major gas line repair fixing many leaks and getting PG&E to turn the gas back on for our house. Great work, very conscientious and careful. He has also helped us out several times on plumbing items and been terrific too. When dealing with plumbing and gas lines and without living essentials it can make things very trying. Dan's friendly and engaging spirit make it better and work is outstanding.

There are not enough super things to say about this plumber! I had an emergency -- a nonfunctioning toilet in a one-bathroom home and he responded immediately! It turned out there was mud in the tank of the toilet from work the Water Dept. was doing on the street and he got the pipes roto-rootered so they worked perfectly! I mailed him the receipt later to add an explanation of the Water Department being at the source of the problem, so that I could file a claim with the City for reimbursement, and he wrote a clear explanation on the receipt and mailed it back to me, also instantly. He is good-natured, skilled, and super responsive. Highest recommendation!!

Dan was very responsive to my call in the evening after a failed attempt to hook up a laundry center earlier that day, due to old hook-up water valves that wouldn't turn and so needed to be replaced.

Dan came out promptly the next morning, saw what needed to be done, fetched the parts and replaced them all in under 2 hours.

He was so friendly and engaging and thorough, I wouldn't hesitate calling him again.

Dan is amazing: reliable, trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable -- and quite a character to boot. I have relied on him for years, just had an emergency with an ancient hot water heater, called, and he had a new one installed a few hours later. I was also surprised that I paid LESS than I paid (someone else, before I found Dan) to have one installed about six years ago. I learned the hard way that ntrustworthy or unskilled plumbers can do a lot of damage. Choose carefully!

Dan is consistently great at returning calls and being on time, unlike some of the other plumbers I've dealt with. He even called me at 8:15am to confirm that he would arrive around 9.

He installed my new toilet in less time than was estimated, which is always great.

He also warned me of potential issues with my lead pipe, but didn't try and pressure me into expanding the scope of the job.

Dan also installed a hot water heater for me 6 years ago. I've never had a problem with it. (Thanks Dan!)
