Our pipes froze and we tried everything we could to thaw them ourselves but no success. We looked for a local plumber and called this company. He showed great concern for us not having water. We told him our pipes were frozen under the concrete slab in our garage or under our driveway. Although he did not think it was something he could fix himself he called me back several times with suggestions. When they didn't work he was here in five minutes. He chiseled the slab where my pipe is to expose it and confirmed it was frozen under my driveway. He was there for an hour and we tried to give him money but he would not take it. Although he could not get our water back on he was a class A guy. He was honest and seemed genuinely concerned for us. It's hard to find good people these days that don't try and take advantage of u in your time of need! GREAT local plumber. Call him for your basic plumbing needs!!!!
