Today was the third time I've dealt with Dan Penney for a plumbing problem. Each time Mr Penney responded the same day and fixed the problem. I called this morning because my hot water heater imploded and, after I took and sent a few pics of the old one, Mr Penney had purchased and replaced it within 5 hours. His pricing has always been reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone that needs any type of plumbing repair.

Our landlord found this plumber to fix an issue with our master bathtub. It wasn't getting hot. We set an appointment, left work early to accommodate him to find that he came over an hour early. Our teenage son let him in and after @10 minutes he told our son to tell us to ""be careful when we took a shower"". We checked the water, still cold and called. His wife, who answers the phone, told us that he was already here and fixed it. I told her that not only did he come in when we werent home, that it was not fixed. She rudely argued with me and told me that ""It was fixed and if he came back out WE would pay"". She even offered to pack up her grandchildren to come check the water to prove it was fixed and ""WE would pay for another visit"". Turned out he ""fixed"" the shower by taking off the knob on the handle and adjusting the heat. We know that because he left it off for us to put back on. I would NEVER suggest this business.
