Founded in 2004 as a remodeling service, we have evolved into a comprehensive General Engineering, Building, and Plumbing firm.

We tackle projects that require specific knowledge of San Luis Obispo city and county and address difficult construction problems. If there’s a construction-related issue, we are prepared to manage it effectively.
Being from San Luis Obispo County, I operate Dan Knight Construction & Plumbing.

I will be present at the job site and you will work with me from start to finish. I will handle your project myself. From start to finish, I will be your point of contact.

I hold advanced degrees in Accounting and Construction Technology. These qualifications allow me to provide my clients with transparency in costs and quality.
