Hired Dan through HomeAdvisor, he showed up immediately and installed the new water heaters, but not the requested re-circulating pump (said that there weren't any available). He demanded payment for the tanks and promised to return in a couple of days to install the pump and fix leaks. After 10 days I contacted him to see when he would return and he agreed, twice, to specific days when he would be back. No-show both times and he stopped responding to my texts. So, six weeks after hiring Dan Fay I need to hire someone else to fix the leaks and install the pump.

Horrible experience with him. He didn't do the job we hired him for, his communication is terrible, he never showed up when he said he would, and he left a natural gas line with an open end, he could have blown up our entire house, he has no clue what he is doing. Then to top it off, he kept our down payment of $4300.00 and refuses to refund us or finish the job. Do yourself a favor and do not hire him!

Hired him the first two times, his team did a good job. Then hired him the third time he commits to a date and no show no phone call silence. Worked with him to try and schedule again and he commits Again and no show again. I've done this for a whole month now. He always commits but never delivery. Not at all dependable. Lost a whole mortgage check due to his unprofessionalism. Thanks dan.

My sewer backed up called them they came out after hours, cleaned the sewer line and the floor drain, in basement, now flows absolutely great. he really knew his stuff. thank you Dan

Had an appointment between 1pm and 5pm for quote on shower remodel. Took the afternoon off. No show, no phone call, nothing!!
I used Home Advisor to help me find a reputable, reliable contractor. Lesson learned.
