I am a property manager.
First repair man they sent to us actually broke our appliance more. We were promised a new repair within 2 weeks... 8 weeks later they reschedule for a specific time. They showed up 45 minutes early and explained ""it's always a window""... unfortunately not mentioned when the appointment was set. After over 2 months with a kitchen appliance they broke, they left with no work done since we weren't available.
Furthermore, they called the homeowner advising I was rude (?!?) and requiring them to be around for future repair. We're obviously looking elsewhere. What a joke
