Dan and his crew installed two toilets and fix a sink leakage in my kitchen. they did an awesome job. I wish I could have found this company sooner. I work with other handyman/contractors before and this company was a pleasant to work with. Dan and screw was on time, very professional, well detailed, and organized. They say there are 2 things that are certain in life...death and taxes. I say there are 3...death, taxes and leaking plumbing! I've tried 4 different plumbing companies in the past which all ended in disappointment. Then I discovered JMAC Plumbing and used them for years only to discover they have closed permanently. So I searched on Yelp and read the great reviews for Dan. Dan answered my call right away and then 2 days later came to assess the situation. The hot water valve behind my bathroom vanity was leaking and he said the sink faucet needed to be replaced. He said to buy a new faucet over the weekend and would return on Monday to install it and perform the repairs. Clifford from Dan's team arrived on Monday...very punctual (in fact he came early) and was so professional! He changed out all the old rusty valves not only in my bathroom but also in my kitchen. Because of the leak on the valve and the rusty line, the hot water barely flowed out before. Thanks to Dan and Clifford, the bathroom faucet works great now! And there are no leaks anywhere! The price for the repairs and the faucet install was very reasonable. I highly recommend Dan and and his team for your plumbing repairs and installations!!!

My water heater was very old. This morning when I went to get my aunty's water ready to wipe her down, low and behold there was no hot water. Jumped on YELP and went down the list and the 1st guy couldn't help me today. Dan Does Plumbing came up 2nd and he came across as a very positive business owner. He said that he could help me as there was a cancelation today. He explained what his fee was (which seemed very reasonable to me) and gave me the instructions to order the water heater. Dan and his worker showed up within the scheduled time which to me is a big deal. It shows me you solved your last issues and are good with your time management. I also like that he hires and trains these apprentices. He has a good teaching style and they seem to get along well too. He speaks nicely to them and no belittling of the employee. Everyone has to start somewhere. Water heater replaced. Oh no! We hit a huge bump in the road... no electricity running to my water heater. He checked all the electrical current for me. I told him there was no noise this morning when I went to check the heater. Ummm, yeah, Don't be like me and not tell him. Oopsie! But anyways, I still needed to replace the water heater. Dan connected me with someone who was readily available to come change the wiring so my newly installed water heater would work. That fellow came in a timely manner and got my old wiring all fixed up. I'm very pleased with Dan Does Plumbing and have added him to my contacts and will definitely be calling him for future plumbing issues. Mahalo Dan and Crew

i had difficulty communicating with Dan to schedule the work I wanted done. When he came out a week later he looked at the tasks but clearly wasn't planning to do any work on them. He promised to look into finding a part for one repair and send me an estimate ""later today or tomorrow"" and I never heard from him again. Dan seems too busy to be bothered with repairs in the $500 range.

I normally do reviews after thinking about what I am going to write, however, this is a situation where I couldn't wait to do the review! I called Dan, after reviews from Yelp, because of my failed YouTube attempt to remove and install a bathroom faucet. I was proud of myself after removing the old faucet but my problems came after I ""thought"" I did it correctly. Well it was all good until I tested it by pouring water and of course it leaked! When I called Dan yesterday, which was Friday, he said he could make it to our house the next day which was today. This after he considered coming later that evening. I told him Saturday morning was fine. He was prompt and saw the ""mistakes"" I made and fixed it in less time than it took me to put putty on a pipe! Here are the reasons why Dan is da Man(couldn't resist): 1) He answered the phone!!! Not naming names but a plumber I used to use doesn't! 2) Dan is a man of his word. He said he would be at the house between 8:00 am to 8:30 am. He came 15 mins early. 3) Dan could have charged double what he did. Did I mention he came on a Saturday?! 4) Most importantly I can tell by our phone conversation and in person he genuinely cares about his customers well being. This is not always the case with other companies. I have no doubt that Dan is my new go to plumber! If you have any plumbing issue give him a call because I have tried others and he keeps his word. He is more than fair with his rates!
