What I like about Dan is that he responded to my call right away when I needed help with a leaking water heater. He and his assistant did a very thorough job picking up my new water heater from Home Depot, removing and hauling away my old heater, and installing my new one with new fixtures at a reasonable fee. What stands out about him and his assistant is that they are extremely hardworking and efficient. I really appreciate their excellent service!

Hired Dan last minute after another plumber did a shoddy drain clean out in November. Dan came after fitting me in between a restoration job that he was doing and got the drain cleared. He took the time and talked to us about what the other plumber should have done the first time and Dan got the job done and priced very reasonably. Appreciated him fitting me in on a Saturday. I just had Dan over to snake a blockage in the pipes to my bathroom sink that was causing a back up. Dan responded quickly to my inquiries on yelp and offered a fair price for the job and was able to schedule me in a couple of days since it wasn't an emergency. They showed up early on the day of and got the job done right away without trouble. Masks were worn the whole time they were in my home. I'll be sure to call again should I need any future plumbing services!

At first, Dan was responsive and attentive to what I was asking. But unfortunately Dan was unable to assist me and my clients with what we needed and seemed to be basic plumbing. I applaud his replies in a timely manner but I can't recommend this company for any plumbing needs when they are unable to actually perform in a timely manner. -If you look at Dan's reply to me, it is very unprofessional. As YELP encourages us to give honest and accurate reviews. I do not feel that this is a Plumbing Company who can perform the work needed in a timely manner. If you have a FULL schedule, maybe you should consider hiring more staff so you can accommodate? It is a very valid reason for knocking a couple stars off of a review in my honest opinion, and again YELP is here for us to give our honest opinions about our interactions with a service provider about the service they are providing. It is not personal, it is just to let others know 1) you reply in a timely manner, AMAZING! 2) you have too full of a schedule to do a couple basic plumbing needs in a timely manner.

Dan is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, experienced, reasonable, personable and the ""best"" plumber we've had so far! He responded and arrived immediately to a small job to cap-off the refrigerator water line in our rental townhouse and charged very minimally for his time. Next day, we contacted him again to inquire how to turn-on the hot water from the gas water heater outside the rental unit since we accidentally turned it off. He explained verbally over the phone about how to do it (lighting the pilot), but because this was a GAS water heater, we thought it was too dangerous for us to handle this ourselves since we're not knowledgeable and inexperienced with GAS. Dan came immediately and completed the job within minutes. Our HERO! We have multiple rental units that constantly needs plumbing repairs and upkeep. We found our new go-to Plumber... Dan's the Man! We're definitely recommending Dan to our friends and family. Dan definitely does a dynamic job, you will not be disappointed.
