The young man who came to do some work with our bathtub fixtures & did a great job an was very professional , I would definitely use them again ( I wish I could remember the young mans name cause I would ask for him for sure , he was a tall local boy in maybe his late 30-early 40s )

Good job, fixed a terribly corroded shower valve cartridge that was a nightmare. Had to be burned out. Charge was very reasonable. I will keep Dan in my contacts for any future plumbing jobs.

He did not come to assess my toilet leak visually. He diagnosed over the phone that I should get a new toilet by asking the age of my home. He assumed that everyone can afford major repair jobs and is able to spend money during this pandemic. Poor service and I would not recommend this company. I found someone else that did the job without having to buy a new toilet. He did answer my request in a timely manner. However he was texting and driving. I hope he doesn't kill someone next time. He replied with a very petty response! There are much more professional companies out there that I would rather deal with... don't waste your time with this one. He doesn't even deserve a one star rating.

I planned to write this review a year ago but I went on a trip right after my plumbing problem and it slipped my mind. In short, I had a leak behind the wall behind my toilet. Dan and his coworker came when they said they would and replaced the crappy turn off valve and pipe with a quarter turn lever. Haven't had any problem since. Thanks Dan! Sorry it took so long for this review.

Dan and his apprentice showed up at the time he said he would. I showed him my plumbing issues and they took note of each and told me what was needed to be done and got to work. Both Dan and his apprentice were very accommodating, friendly and professional on answering my questions. Once their work was done they cleaned up around each work area. Checked all of their work. They fixed 2 leaky showers , 1 leaky toilet. And adjusted my dishwasher. Thank you Dan for the quality work!

These days it is so hard to find a good repairman of any kind. I've had so many problems with guys who don't return calls, show up late (or not at all) and give unbelievably high estimates. I cannot recommend Dan highly enough. He returns calls, he shows up when he said he would, he does a good job, and he charges a reasonable price. BONUS: He's a nice guy, too! So nice to finally find a plumber I can rely on.
