Contacted Dan based on reviews here. My mileage varied drastically. Dan arrived 2 hours late, made no apologies. Took 3 calls during my walkthrough. Was told I would have bid in 1-2 days. I called 5 days later and left v/m on status. No return call. Called again after the weekend and again no return call. Peoples time is valuable and customers shouldn't be asked to wait an unacceptable amount of time past a bid commitment window. If you don't want to do a job then be a professional and exhibit courtesy in telling the customer that. I hate writing negative reviews but this example here has been a more common experience with some of the trades people lately. The only way potential customers can make an informed decision is with both positive and negative feedback.

Lost my mom a few days ago. I've been at my dads ever since trying to help him get settled. Sure enough the day before our family is supposed to arrive for services, we have no water. After explaining the situation to Dan he was out here right away. He spent about an hour diagnosing what was wrong with our water problem. Since our house runs on a well he referred us to contact a well pump business. He could have easily charged us for his time, but kindly declined and gave us his business card for any plumbing (non-well) issues in the future. He may not have been able to fix this particular issue, but you can bet he's getting my future business for his honesty today.

In preparing to sell our home,Dan D plumbing came out to check drain to street drain of City of Prescott .The youn man with camera ( I think his name is Rick),shows serious blockage on our part of drain going into city drain.We were given $10,000,price to fix it.A lady purchasing the house asked what would happen if nothing was done.Dan said its not how long before it will happen but when.T could could happen anytime.You can see how serious it appears.It could BACK UP anytime.We had 1 licensed plumbers do a check with video cameras.1st inspector said I dont see a problem,there is a little bump toward the end,but no serious problem. #2 licensed plumber inspected there is a small amount of standing water no problem.Nothing serious,for $125. dollars I could clean out.I feel FRAUD and AND UNETHICAL work has been performed here What a scam.I would SUGGEST Google these guys ,check them out.

My sink was bubbling for a few days, I had no idea what it was then overnight gross poop water in my tubs and toilets. I called and Dan was very kind, he let me know Rick would be out first thing in the morning. Rick showed up and went the extra mile to make sure everything was working correctly. Thank you Rick for being awesome!!

I was very pleased with Dan D Plumbing's service. They were on time, and though what I had called for was to have my water heater flushed, John, who worked for me pointed out other things that needed to be taken care of, sooner , than later, and I'm glad I did. And it was for still a reasonable price! Will be calling them again!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Since buying our place in Prescott we've had our mainline cleared 4 times (in 10 months). Late one Saturday night we were once again backed up. I waited until Sunday am & called Dan. Shock of shocks, he answered the phone. Although I woke him up he was kind & helpful & got this rooter guy on the phone. At 9 am Rick was clearing the line as best he could. Dan, Rick & Jesse from JT septic got together that afternoon & diagnosed the problem. Although it was expensive, the repair is complete. If you witnessed the heavy duty work (digging by Eli) you'd understand the price we paid was extremely fair. These guys are honest, hardworking & more than fair.

Dan and his team are outstanding! Just bought major fixer upper and needed plumbing badly. Dan fixed all the toilets, sinks and showers before we moved in. His plumber teammate Brandon helped me with additional work such as demo. Perfect for plumber to do demo on bathrooms and kitchens.

Dan is on hands, obviously experienced and costs reasonable.

Highly recommend both Dan and Brandon!

This Company is awesome Dan will come out and give you a free estimate which is rare and he knows exactly what he is talking about fixed my plumbing problem right the first time. Came in under his quote and let me tell you Dan and the fellow working for him know their business and they care and Dan is really reasonable on his pricing. Had an issue with toilet and Dan to the rescue! He answered the phone! Promised to be here between 4-5 and was here at 4:45 as he was coming home from Phoenix. All fixed and he was gone by 5:30!
Very reasonable charge and ALL is good!
