Dan was one of a few plumbers I contacted for quotes to have gas valves installed for the dryer, stove, and to replace the connection to the hose out in front of my parent's home. He came out quickly to assess the work, provided me with an estimate via email, and we scheduled quickly. On the day of service he was on time and I was pleased with his professionalism, the work he completed, and his patience answering the 1000 questions I had for him. I have no complaints.

I had part of my sewer line replaced. His quote seemed more reasonable than others (at least one other plumber wanted to cut corners yet came in around the same price). His team showed up on time at 7:15 am and worked all day, as the job wound up being a little more involved than he'd counted on. They were careful not to damage any of my exterior plants and cleaned up after themselves once they were done. I would use Dan again.

Same thing happened to us as what another reviewer noted. First appt. was between 1:00-4:00. He called at 3:45 to cancel due to some emergency. Said he'd come at 4:00 2 days later and never showed. NO phone call at all. I can't waste anymore time with this---found another plumber who came out right away.

Dan is great, friendly, informs you of the process in advance, listens to your concerns and wants, and is willing to come back to fix any issues. Dan does quality work unlike many plumbers in the area.

I saw the good reviews and scheduled an appointment *2 weeks* in advance on my day off. He never showed. When I finally called, his excuse was that he had an ""emgergency job"" that morning. That's fine but what happened to calling your customers and letting them know your running late or not showing up at all. This guy has no office, he answers on his cell phone and appointments mean nothing. AVOID.
