I had Damman's Plumbing install an extension on a shower handle in my guest bathroom. The technicians left the shower handle very loose and it was flopping around and shrugged off the issue when I told him it wasn't correct. He also left behind a huge mess. He installed connections using permanent thread locker (red loctite, evidence in pictures and more info below). Since it's a guest shower nobody uses it, and I'm mechanically inclined enough to fix it myself when I have time. The only reason I hired Dammans was because the extension part is a special order item (not available at your regular hardware store).

Fast forward to now when I went to fix the issue and tighten up the handle. The center bolt pictured was not tight against the assembly which is why the handle was loose and floppy. On top of that it was impossible to remove. I tried multiple different methods to get it off and had to resort to cutting off the bolt head and using a large vice grip to get it off. The bolt nearly snapped as you can see the evidence of it twisting. The culprit? RED LOC TITE. If you're not familiar with what that is, it's designed to permanently install bolts and not be removed. It has no place in this application, ask any mechanic or plumber and they will tell you the same.

I had sewer water backing up into 2 tubs and requested multiple quotes through Yelp for assistance. Damman's Plumbing was one of two companies that came out and they were the only ones that were able to actually resolve the issue. The response time was great and Jesse was very professional and courteous upon arrival (a stark contrast to the first plumber from a different company). The clean out traps in front of my house were installed improperly (by a previous owner); however, Jesse managed to not only discover the 2nd trap opening but get the pipe cleared so everything drains properly. I definitely recommend them! :) Thank you!

I came home from a trip and there was water all over my garage, I wasn't sure what to do about the water heater leaking but thankfully I was able to call Jesse from Damman's plumbing. He helped me think through and explore various options and avenues, telling me procedures, costs, and scenarios for the problem!

We were able to FaceTime in order to help me shut the hot water valve off until we could get serviced the next day.

Jesse's professionalism, willingness to help, and knowledge were admirable and what seemed like a lifesaver in a stressful moment. Looking forward to doing business with Damman's plumbing in the future!!!

This is a great family business. Very responsive. Father and son showed up quickly and got the job done well -- a new garbage disposal. Today, I called about a leak in our bathroom. Jesse said his dad should be able to come out tomorrow.

I had a clogged drain which they did fix quickly so they get 2 stars instead of 1 for the sheer speed. When they showed up I was just asking for them to look at it but they ended up fixing it without telling me how much it was going to cost which was $175 to just unclog a drain. The last company charged me $75 and that was around the cost I was expecting to pay for this time. If they had disclosed to me that it would have been that much I would have just called the last company I worked with.

The plumber that came, I had asked him what was the cause of the blockage, he informed me it was debris...ok, of course it's debris, what else would it be? I meant what can I do to make sure it doesn't happen again and he couldn't give me a straight answer. The answer I finally got was ""everyone has plumbing issues sometimes""

If Damman's reads this, you need to disclose how much your service is going to cost before doing your work, $175 is outrageous to send a snake down a pipe.

Absolutely great experience with Jesse and Damman's Plumbing. They were quick, responsive, and extremely personable-which is exactly the type of person/company you want when dealing with a drain clog after hours. They surpassed our expectations when we were in a pinch, and I can't recommend them enough!
