We share a main drain in a 3-story condo. We're the middle unit and we keep getting clogs between the first floor and our condo, so when our neighbors on the 3rd story use their kitchen sink or dishwasher, it all pours out into our kitchen. Usually my 25 ft. snake can get to them, but today (Saturday) after 5 pm of course, my snake was a bit short. We told our upstairs neighbor not to use their sink or dishwasher, but they already had it running. Instead of pausing it, they turned it off and it dumped all the water down the drain into our place. Suffice to say we needed someone ASAP! We frantically called around and because it was past business hours on a Saturday, we were being told it could be anywhere from three hours to three days and anywhere from $300-$500. Right when we were about to give in and get taken advantage of, we called one last number and reached Jesse from Damman's Plumbing. He said he could be here within 30-45 minutes and it would be $225. We said, yes, please come now as our house may flood again. He came by in 15 minutes. He immediately saw he needed to cut my pipe to be able to snake it from a better angle, but didn't charge us the extra $75 for doing so. As soon as he cut the pipe and began to snake the drain, it didn't take more than 10 minutes to break up the clot and put our sink back together with a new sleeve. Now it'll be easier for me to snake too in the future. Jesse is the best and wether he knows it or not, he's our new plumber for sure now. I'll also recommend him to anyone who need an honest, reliable and fair plumber. Thanks again Jesse!

Had a pipe leak on our water heater and discovered it in the evening. Called Damman's Plumbing at 9:30 pm and they were here within 40 minutes and replaced the leaking pipe. Very efficient and pleasant. Would not hesitate to call them again.

If you need plumbing in the East County, call these guys right now! Jesse was awesome! It was Saturday: I called at 11:30 and Jesse was here at 1 pm and done in 1/2 hr at the most, and he's also a very nice guy...thank you Jesse!!! $225 for a toilet angle valve, but best money I ever spent! Now the story: I was in a tough spot, putting in a new toilet in an almost 20 yr home. Got the toilet installled in spite of a worn angle valve and thought I was home free with the install, but then found a hairline crack-leak in the new toilet tank. :( I tried to turn the angle valve off but this time it did not shut off, and I knew better than to try to change one of these valves myself. I checked yelp for plumbers close to Rancho San Diego with a high rating. Tried one business but got an answering machine after 10 rings and hung up. So I called these guys and so glad that other company did not pick up! Jesse picked up immediately and said he could be here STAT (my words for what he told me) and sure enough he was here on time and put in a MUCH better valve, 1/4 turn vs the standard crappy plastic-stem valves. So if you have a plumbing problem, don't hesitate call Damman's!

Be aware that they would charge you $150 for a very simple fix. By simple, i mean just turning on the garbage disposal and covering the other end of the double sink. Ive never heard of a service this expensive just for turning on the garbage disposal. Very disappointed. Wish I looked at the reviews here first before calling them.

Toilet stopped working on a Saturday. I called around and everyone wasn't available for days. Dammam's plumbing was out and had it fixed within four hours. They were convenient and pleasant to work with. I will be using them again.

I recommend Damman's Plumbing if your in need. I found him off a recommendation on the nextdoor app and am so glad I did.

I have dealt with 2 other plumbers this year alone for a similar problem. The first snaked the main for a few minutes and tried upselling me on a $900+ hydrojet job.

I called my insurance and they sent out a contractor who was here for no more than 15 minutes and claimed he completed the hydrojet job.

Well its no surprise that 4 months later I am having a similar problem again. This time I was lucky to find a recommendation for Dammans Plumbing. I called and they were able to get me in the next day. (Could have same day if I had needed. ) Their pricing was very reasonable. I got Jesse. He was very kind and professional. He is good at communicating and explaining what is going on. He worked for about two hours using two different snakes. We had a huge blockage which wasn't toilet paper or napkins. The theory is the previous owners kid might have dropped something she wasn't supposed to in the toilet. I highly recommend them and will use him again if we ever need a plumber.

I had an immediate need for plumbing on Saturday afternoon. Water was coming up in my tub. I called Jesse Damman and he had his dad come by to snake the lines. Ajoub arrived within an hour and got right to work. All was well pretty quickly. Roots had caused the clog. Price seemed reasonable for a weekend! Am happy w the work. I'll call again if I have a problem! Recommend you give them a try.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Damman's Plumbing. My first indication that something was wrong was when the garage flooded after a washing machine run. Then all the water that was used upstairs came raining down. It was a Saturday morning, so most plumbers were closed for the weekend. I called Damman's Plumbing first, and didn't need to call anyone else.

Jesse was a rock star. I called in somewhat of a panic while he was on another job. He calmly let me know that he would be by as soon as he had finished the current job. He was at my house within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work right away. I should mention the house was built in the 50's, extended in the 80's and has an extremely convoluted plumbing system that makes no sense. Jesse was able to figure out what was happening and got to work right away. Jesse was an absolute pleasure to work with, providing explanations as to what was happening and happily answering all my questions. It turned out that the pipes needed an industrial piece of equipment to resolve the issue. Jesse made sure that there was another functioning bathroom available for me there for the night and then returned first thing the next day, with his father, Ayoub, who was similarly awesome. They got the drain issue resolved in less than an hour. Both gentlemen were kind, professional, and compassionate and made an extremely stressful situation much easier to deal with. I would definitely recommend Jesse, Ayoub, and Damman's Plumbing to anyone that needed to save their homes from evil drains. 5 stars!
