If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from this company. They are charging homeowners for services they know are covered by towns and municipalities. They don't tell you that so that they can take your money. Crooked! Sheila in the office is horrendous to deal with!

Called this morning about a leak inside our house when we ran the garden hose. They came within a few hours and the tech investigated, found the problem, got the part needed and fixed it.The price was reasonable and I was very happy with how they handled everything. I would happily call them again if we needed a plumber.

I woke one morning to find I had very little heat on the 1st floor of my 3 story row house. I called D'Amico Plumbing and they sent Mr. Dan D'Amico out to diagnose the problem. He said it was the recirculating pump. When I questioned the diagnosis one of the sons took time to explain to me in detail why I was incorrect. The young man who arrived the next day was knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and very personable. He removed the old pump, showed me what was wrong with it, purchased a new pump, returned and replaced it. I couldn't be more satisfied! I have my heat back again and the total cost was less than I had expected!

I wanted to do a service on the Noritz on-demand water heater D'Amico Plumbing installed, as well as change a shower head and stop a faucet leak they had failed to fix on a prior visit. The tech that arrived had no idea of how to service the Noritz. He reviewed my Manuel but left it leaking. Worse, is that he soaked my faucet head in vinegar and dribbled it all over the marble entry way. It has ruined the marble and it is not repairable. After removing the shower head and faucet, the plumber could not install a comparable style unit, so took off for a few days. When he returned, I bought a temporary unit so I could shower. Then threw this outfit off my property.

Noritz denies that D'Amico is an authorized vendor and installer. They recommended an alternate which corrected all of my problems. I was left with having paid nearly $400 to D'Amico, out the cost of the temp hardware, and they were not willing to repair or replace my damaged entryway. Final insult is a snotty attitude.

You can definitely find a better place to get plumbing services and products.
