I have an older home with unusual cast-iron piping configurations. this past summer, I had two serious waste pipe leaks, running from third floor to basement. After initially calling in a plumber, who botched the job, I was referred to Brian Damaso. he and his assistant, Nolan, did more quality work in less time than any plumber I've worked with in the past. He diagnosed the problem. He recommended a cost-effective drain company to clear out clogs from scale. He completely replaced the cast-iron stacks with PVC. He tested all of the work to make sure it was free of leaks. And then cleaned up the worksite and removed all the old materials.

This old house is going to continue to have plumbing issues over the years and Brian Damaso is my new go to plumber for all of it.

Seemed very competant but after charging me $150 ""emergency"" charge to look at it, promised a quote to fix by monday. 7 days later without heat 7 calls to them and no return call I got someone else to do the job. It's a great feeling when you realize you've found your plumber. Brian and his crew are extremely professional, including knowledgeable, polite and prompt. We used Brian at our old house for our clanking pipes, which he resolved effortlessly. At our new place, he's been a dream in fixing the crazy noise issues to our newly installed second floor laundry (I was certain the washer was going to fall out of the wall) , fixing a leak in the kitchen prep sink (due to unfinished construction), installing my husband's European espresso machine, and in general resting our minds over the health of the plumbing in our home. Oh yes, they really do remove their shoes! As far as pricing goes, to us, Mr. Damaso is worth it because we know he will fix the problem within the quoted price.

We recently moved into a condo in Tewksbury already equipped with a washer and an electric dryer. We brought with us our own high efficiency washer and gas dryer and wanted them installed. After scouring various websites and reading countless reviews and consulting colleagues, we contacted Damaso Plumbing and Heating to come out to view the job and provide a separate quote for each appliance.

Brian was very polite from the initial contact through completion and invoicing of the job. He came out to view the job and assess what was required since we had an existing gas line in the house just not one that ran to the room where the dryer would be installed. He actually removed his shoes before entering our home. I appreciated his demonstration of respect for our property.

Within a week from viewing the job we received a detailed quote and ultimately decided to have Damaso Plumbing and Heating. We opted to have them come out on two separate occasions to perform the work -install the washing machine and dryer to include a new gas line to the dryer.

Brian is very busy and worked with us accommodating our schedules. He made all the necessary arrangements for the permit and town inspection.

You may pay a little bit more with Damaso Plumbing and Heating but you get what you pay for with Brian, the consummate professional. Brian is honest, polite, prompt, showing up when he says he will, works efficiently, comes prepared so you're not paying his time to go back and forth for supplies, meticulous cleaning up after himself and willing to work and think outside the box to find innovative solutions.
