Wow! What a great job by Dama! Arrived at my summer home on Friday only to have no water, Called Dama and they sent a guy out within two hours. He checked everything and found the well pump was out and needed to be replaced. Not good. They had a full schedule for the remainder of the day so the plan was to schedule me for next week but in the mean time see if someone could come out that evening or over the weekend (at an overtime rate) to replace the pump. I was told to expect a phone call in the next couple hours. Instead about rwo hours later two Dama trucks rolled in with three guys including the owner. They had everything they needed and replaced the well pump. I was very surprised....instead of a phone call they managed to squueze me in, come out from 30 miles away and replace the pump. And the owner worked with his crew! Since when do owners work? New pump, no overtime rate, great job. Anyway, I dont review alot but these guys went above and beyond and deserved one for a job well done. Thank you Dama.

Does not finish a job. Poor quality. Rude staff. Leave huge messes. STILL No working AC (THEIR installation and they tell you they can do elwctric but then could not even notice a disconnected wire. Horrible looking ductwork, used more tape when I complained-so uglier than ever. Derrk talks to you like you are stupid (hope he still thinks that when needing complex medical care from a nurse someday). Acts like the home owner ahould be an HVAC installer. Do not stand behind their work, only their rude employees. ABSOLUTELY A Terrible experience throughout the home building process. Young workers who put plumbing pipe valvesxso close together you cant even turn them. Dripping showers, much more.

We have been very happy with the service Dama Plumbing has given us. They have repaired our water heater twice now and we didn't even purchase it from them but wish we would have. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly!

We have used Dama for 3 major projects over the past 1 1/2 years. 2 remodel projects and a septic replacement on a cottage we were selling. Mike and his team are very professional and completed all of the projects in a very timely manner. I really like that his employees call as they are heading to the job site and they call when complete. It's great to get a summary of the work as they complete it.

Dama has also been very responsive on several other emergency calls. I would highly recommend them and will use them on my next projects.

I don't understand these poor reviews AT ALL. I cannot say enough good things about Dama as a company and their people. They are easy to work with, have outstanding customer service and have excellent people. We rely on them extensively for shutting down/opening up a cabin and they have never let us down. In fact, their customer service is so good, we use it as a baseline for everyone else. They came out in an emergency situation when our furnace went out and replaced it with no issues. I am not a relative or friend of anyone at Dama. This is a completely legitimate review from a very satisfied customer. Keep up the good work.

Called on a Monday morning for an emergency situation. A significant amount of water was leaking from the ceiling of our cabin. Explained the situation, and the fact that it was an emergency. The woman said that she would have to see if they had someone available and call me back.

Friday afternoon they finally called back!

Their poor service caused them to miss our business this time around. We won't even bother calling them next time! Had we waited for them, our cabin would have been destroyed!!!

This is the worst plumbing contractor in Crivitz Wis. Do Not Hire Dama Plumbing !!! $ 1000.00 for a standard water heater 40 gallon AO Smith!!. And the best part !! It was never wired when they left !!!!. I then called them back and they wanted to charge an additional $ 100.00 to wire it if they came back . I was warned that this is the worst contractor in crivitz and now I know !!!. They left us stranded with no water for the weekend and wanted to charge double time @ $200.00 an hour for a return call to wire a simple water heater . They are thief's !!! Please do not patronize Dama Plumbing . Another note the invoice wouldn't even show material cost !! And they over charge labor from the shop . They put dirt all over are clean house and black grease ALL over our new carpet. This is unacceptable!!!

If I could give Dama NO STARS, I would. They are the worst, most ill informed plumbing & heating company we have ever dealt with. First we had Dama inspect our house prior to purchase and they said everything was prefect, that our whole plumbing and heating systems were in great condition and all new. Spoon after we moved in, in January we started to have some heating and plumbing issues. First the water heater went, they came out and supposedly fixed it. It worked for a day when all of a sudden it stopped. They came out again and rechecked it but said that we had another problem, we needed an entirely new tank; all the while paying them $120 per visit plus parts and labor, even though it was their mistake in the first place . They sent one guy out who weighed less than the heavy tank, not sure how he was suppose to install it himsel much less get it off his truck, bring it inside and down the stairs. My husband ended having to help him unload it off the truck and brought it downstairs himself, I could not believe this! We also have an outdoor Wood Burning Boiler that stopped working ; they said the lines underground were frozen but couldn't do anything about it until the weather got warmer, fair enough. But first they would trouble shoot. They replaced the two cirrculating pumps for our Wood Burning Boiler with the completely wrong size, AND one of the pumps was installed upside down. We called countless times and spoke with Courtney to follow-up with Jake (whom we've only spoken to once because he never returns phone calls) about the boiler only to have numerous guys sent out and tell us different things that were wrong with the Boiler. The last guy Jake sent spent an hour meandering about, clearly not knowing what he was doing and said he'd have Jake call us; we never heard from Jake. I called Dama and finally spoke with Jake, who was more concerned that his guy billed him for 4 hours but didn't have a diagnose. I informed him his guy wasn't here for more than, maybe, an hour. Jake said he was going to talk to his most informed and knowledgeable technicians and see what they could come up with; we have yet to hear back from Jake, it's been 3 months. But thank you Jake for sending us your least informed technicians and charging us thousands of dollars for your countless mistakes.

We had an absolutely horrendous experience with this company! Right down to being told since we were from out of town, that is why we were charged a higher price! I would never hire someone from this company. We received a general estimate with the understanding that it could be as much as $500 more. Imagine our shock when we received one that was over $2700 higher and then we were lied to when they tried to justify the higher price! Save yourself the hassle, hire someone else!
