Mark H.All week we waited for the plumber to show up to fix our dishwasher that wouldn't drain. I explained the problem when I made the appointment. The guy shows up later that when I expected (but within the four hour window) and was incredulous that I called a plumber for my problem.
I'm no sure what he said, but I heard, "how could you be so stupid?!"
Read what they say their area of expertise includes and decide for yourself. If they had explained that when I called, our dishwasher would probably be fixed by now.
This really frosts me. Who would you turn to if your dishwasher didn't drain?
