I wish I would have did research on this plumbing company before they worked on my mother's plumbing. The very next day my mom woke up to find water sitting on the left and on the right side of her house. Common sense would tell you if you come out to do plumbing work on someone's house and the very next day there is puddles of water sitting on both sides of the house (and it's not from rain) more than likely its from the plumbing work done on the house the day before. There was no leak the day before when you worked on it, but there's a leak the day after you worked on it, you do the math. You could atleast come back out to check to see what the problem is. That's just good business practice first of all. But no, the first thing you want to do is deny all plausibility. This is definitely a lesson learned. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!

After researching several plumbers and receiving feedback on many, I noticed Dallas Plumbing in the Rainbow City area and their five-star rating. I gave them a call, scheduled an appointment for them to come out and give me an estimate for the work I needed. After a couple of days, my call was returned and an appointment was scheduled. The young man came out a few days later, quoted me a price for replacing two toilets, along with faucets and shower heads in two bathrooms. The toilets quoted were for the taller commodes which I requested. I accepted the quoted price and we scheduled a second time for installation and completion of the project. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks went by without any response. I recontacted the company and another appointment was scheduled. When the installers arrived, they proceeded to install the fixtures which I had purchased and provided and then install the toilets. At first glance I thought that the toilets looked correct because they were larger, a different shape and they were the compressed air tanks, which I also requested. I wrote a check for the agreed price and the installers left, advising that because he had failed to bring and replace one of the pieces of fixture in the shower which had rust, he would be back / get back in touch and make the replacement. After realizing that the toilets were not the """"tall"""" toilets and after never receiving any additional calls from Dallas, I made several calls and left voice mail concerning the toilets and that they were not what I had requested and paid for. I have yet to receive any response, return call or attempts to correct this issue. I left one final voice mail advising that I was not happy with their service, as it did not line up with what I was quoted and agreed to and that I would not recommend them or use them myself for any future needs. Unfortunately, that didn't seem to matter, as I have yet to receive a response or a correction as requested. I would NOT RECOMMEND Dallas Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

The only plumber to return my call on Saturday. The only plumber that called me back on Monday and showed up that day. Worked on the problem until they advised another course of action. Returned my call the next day and showed back up to finish resolving the issue. Highly recommended. The three other plumbers I called still haven't returned my call after 4 days.
