I would give them a negative review if were possible. This used to be a reputable company but they were bought out by another company and the company has been run into the ground. I purchased a refrigerator from Costco last year. The installers said I needed to move the faucet to install the refrigerator. Dallas plumbing had handled the plumbing on my house when it was built and did a good job. The first person who arrived didn't know what he was doing and I asked for him to leave. I didn't realize he had left the faucet dripping. By the time a different person could come out, the water had gone down my wall and between the wall and brick. I had to call a service to dry the wall. That cost me a $2,000.00. Dallas plumbing never took responsibility for this problem and I was out the money they charged to change the faucet and another $2,000 to pay Enviroclean systems to clean up their mess. I will never use this company again! Beware.
