The hot water under my kitchen's sink is leaking so i came across yelp and gave dalay plumbing a shot. Jim showed up the door as the time that he promised. Very nice guy, knowledgeable, always patiently answered all my questions, price sounss reasonable( i just wanted to get my valveto be fixed so i didnt even wanna get more quote) and the most important thing is that HE GOT THE JOB DONE PERFECTLY!! Jim even went out of his way to helped me kinda fix my shower faucet. Now that i have hot water running in my kitchen, thanks to jim, and i wouls definately refer him to those who need plumbing service.

Called the number in Yelp and Jim promptly answered my call. I informed him of the service that I needed and he quickly gave me a quote and once we agreed he gave me an estimate of his arrival and asked that I continue with my daily routing and that he will let me know as soon as he completes his currently scheduled job which was around 11am. He called soon after 11am and said that he was on his way. Jim is very courteous and answered any questions that I had and even offered some suggestion on how to prevent my recurring issues from resurfacing. The next day he contacted me to follow up and asked if the issue is still resolved which is still working great. Nice to do business with a company who cares about its customers. Thanks, Jim!

Now officially my go to place for any plumbing need! I called several places prior to speaking with Jim. Most didn't answer, others were really expensive and some didn't have time. I told him my issue and that I was looking for a quote. Gave me by far the best quote and mentioned he was on a job at the time, but he could come by in a couple hours. He called me as he left the job to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he was polite, clean, and informative. Double checked the issue with the water heater and confirmed that he was going to charge me what he had quoted me over the phone. He showed me a few improvements that could be done in the future to improve the life of our water heater and pointed out some hazards we were not aware of. He fixed our problem but was unable to turn our water heater back on due to it being drenched in water. So he suggested to let it dry for a day and that he would show me how to turn it on. Next day he text me to check up on us and see if we had any problem turning the pilot and burner on. Sent him a picture told him everything was running good and that was that lol. If you guys are looking for an honest plumber that does good and clean work, then look no further. I definetly recommend him and definetly would use him again.

Jim is awesome! Found Jim on craigslist like a few other reviewers and totally happy that i did. He genuinely wanted to give the best service he could and made sure the job was done right. Jim is very knowledgeable in his field and will explain what he is doing every step of the way so that you feel comfortable with his work. His service prices are reasonable too!

He's become my go to guy for all my plumbing issues!

Had a pipe leak inside our wall late at night. We were able to get a hold of Jim around 9pm. He was quick to respond. Patched the leak for now since it was getting late and came back the next day as promised and fixed the broken pipe. Jim is easy to talk to, explains the problem, how he would fix it, and gave a reasonable
price. He is a honest plumber that you can't find very often and very accommodating with your time. He kept us up to date on how long it would take to be at our house when he was done with his previous job.

Found on Craig's list and glad I did. Great, honest service at a more then fair price. Clogged main pipe upstairs had to access by taking off toilet. Found major clogg, did a great job putting toilet back with clean caulking.

Last week my water dispenser broke and flooded my kitchen. I called Jim and he came out to my home and repaired the leaked. I also needed to install a kitchen faucet. Jim installed it, checked the sink pipes and fixed another small leaked. Jim did a great job on walking me through the work he was doing, very reasonable price and overall great customer services! Highly recommend Jim for plumbing jobs!!
