There is a reason all Jim's reviews are 5 star! I have used his service twice in a week (minor issues) but could have been major if the wrong person had a chance to quote them. Jim is a hard working, honest, reliable person. As good as it gets when it comes to his trade! My opinion is that he treats ALL of his customers as if they are his most important $5.00 or $5,000 job.

Jim takes the time to ""fix instead of replace"" IF it is safe, possible and the best thing for the customer. It's very hard to find that type of service in this day and age. He doesn't rush the job, is very thorough and makes sure you understand what is done and why it needed to be done that way.

If you have ANY plumbing needs large or small do yourself a huge favor and call Jim. I guarantee you won't be sorry!

Jim was great! He called back within an hours after I left him a message. I was having problem with my water heater and he was able to squeeze me in between appointments on the same day. He fixed it within minutes. Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to share that knowledge with you. I spoke with a couple of plumbing services and they did not seem to know, were not willing to help or could not fit me in until 3 days later.

Not your normal plumber.
As a rental owner, an RV owner and a personal home owner I can tell you I have had quite an array of plumbing problems. But what I haven't experienced EVER is a plumber who is as conscientious, courteous, thorough, kind and affordable as Jim.
Not only was his work perfection and his follow- up remarkable, he actually drove an hour to my Rv to fix a small leak.
I have already recommended him to friends and family in both the OC and I.E as he covers both. I will definitely call him again!

I was out of hot water for 3 days (Thursday to Sunday) & getting desperate, as I was getting the runaround from everyone else about the size of a water heater (I ""required"" a short-type), the immediate unavailability of 'short' water heaters & code restrictions because they don't modify vents (allegedly, only a general contractor does that!), until I contacted Jim at Daley Plumbing on Sunday night. He not only accommodated me with the first appointment of the day, the very next day, after requesting another customer to move her appointment to the afternoon, but he also made the larger water heater work, by modifying the vent in the ceiling. His absolute commitment to customer service, and thinking outside the box to make the vent work with the larger size water heater, saved me from having to compromise by settling for a smaller, lesser water heater instead of my preferred choice.

I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Daley Plumbing!!!

So I called in and left a message Jim called back in 15 min!! Jim very professional called me back set me up with an appointment he was booked for the all day but he placed me on waiting list and worked with me on the hour. 2 hours after the first call Chris came in VERY nice guy and VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!! Fixed the problem with less than an hour !!!!! 5 star if there is 6 he deserves it
