Customer service is very poor. I tried to explain some issues and I was completely blown off. I have owned my house for 30 years and have had very good service workers whom I was happy to pay for their good service. Not Daley. Talked over me, repeated his bent logic and had no interest in what my concerns were. I have never been so unhappy with a buisness in my entire life. Poor work and then poor customer service. Swindled.

Jim is the BEST! I called him for the first time when I needed my valves replaced for my new washer (Best Buy told me I needed them replaced). I got a couple quotes from other plumbers and then Jim came by and said that it was unnecessary to replace them. He gave me advice and left without charging me at all. I called him since twice and for both plumbing issues, he charged very little or nothing at all. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable.

Jim not only was knowledgeable and efficient but took the time to explain everything that was going on, and preventative maintenance to stop the same thing from happening again in the future! I give Jim a five star because he is reliable and honest. He came to my house to fix the water back-up in the pipes. Although the cable he used to fix the problem was short to remove the stoppage and as the result the problem could not get fixed, he was so nice to recommend his plumber friend to come and fix the problem. He did not charge us for the effort. He is professional and honest. I highly recommend him!

Called Jim today regarding our water heater leaking. Jim responded right away and in less than an hour, he arrived at our house. I called him thinking we needed water replacement, but as soon as he saw the water heater, he said the water connection on top was loose. He tightened it right away and the water stopped leaking. VERY HONEST GUY AND HE SAVED US $3000!!

Before I called Jim, I had another guy I found on Yelp come over to our house to check what's wrong with our water heater. Almost immediately,he said we need a replacement. Luckily we didn't listen to him and we found Jim.

I highly recommend Jim! Very honest guy.

We had a leak in the roof, and needed someone quick. They were able to come over first thing, before another job they had scheduled, and found a small issue. They took pictures, talked to us about best practices, and quickly patched what needed for a small fee (smaller than what normal plumbers charge!). We were very happy with honest reliable service. If you need a plumber please call Jim Daley plumbing. Jim will get the job done at a reasonable price. Jim is honest, punctual, knows what he is doing, won't quote you necessary work. He is tenacious and finishes the job.

He saved me a major expense because I caused a major problem by dropping a drain snake in my 4 inch bathroom drain. Jim perceived and got the drain snake out without digging up my floor.
