We had low water pressure from the pump that was providing water to our house and garden. It was February and snow everywhere. Dale's Pump Works showed up when they said they would, analyzed the problem and gave us a very fair estimate with a couple of options. We decided to go with them and Greg did an outstanding job of returning great water pressure to our home.

Had Greg install the pump for our well. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and showed up when he said he would! We r now looking at a filtration system and could not think of a better company to work with!

Was having trouble with our well pump system working only intermittently. I thought it was the pressure tank failing. Called Dale. He came out the same morning and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly found the problem to be with the pressure sensor switch and the excess pressure relief valve. He did the repair in under an hour and charged a very reasonable and modest fee. It is such a pleasure to find a craftsman who is prompt and knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend Dale more highly.

I called Dale late afternoon on a Friday!!! He was busy with another client and told me he would come check things out as we had very little pressure from our well! Professional, courteous and prompt! He showed up and had the problem fixed in a few hours! His assistant was on a trip so we were hands on with getting the job done!! I would highly recommend native Idahoan/ pump/ well guy!
