If I could give this company zero stars I would!
My husband and I were referred to Dale's plumbing by a contractor to look at a shower in our rental property. We contacted Dale's and they sent out Cameron for an estimate, and said he would get a hold of us next day....... over a week later and many phone calls on our end( to a very rude woman btw) they informed us Cameron didn't have time to do an estimate (even though he'd already gone to the property! ) or time to do the work! This company is very unprofessional take your business and money elsewhere!

Though Cameron was a very nice guy the other guy with him seemed very uncaring
Cameron knew I was a disabled elderly widow, and took full advantage by looking at what I showed him , stating I needed a new hot water tank, not trying to figure what was the problem
Stayed less than 5 minutes probably closer to three (just enough time for him to look at tank) than charged me $125
I would understand if he had even tried to figure the problem, I would even understand if he was here 10 minutes or more trying to figure the problem, I would even understand if he came out this way strictly for me,, but he had to go past my place to next call but all he did was look at same thing I told him

This is such a sad situation when companies take advantage of the elderly
I will let everyone know as well as post all places I can until they make this right

This is our go to plumbing service. My dad Jeff Patton contacted them on behalf of my grandparents for a clogged kitchen sink. Dales plumbing communicated very effectively and efficiently with us. They provided a tight 2-hour window in which they would show up to the house, and they were there within that time frame! They provided the service on the spot and cleaned out multiple hard spots reaching up to 45 feet throughout the plumbing. The billing company was exceptional to work with and charged a very reasonable fee for the service that could be paid online or in person during the visit. Receipts are available electronically for paperless, contactless transactions. We are every pleased and will be using them for any future projects.

I had two relatively small jobs that the two guys could easily do in an hour. They came to look and then left to get parts. They came back but one of them failed to buy parts. So he went back to get them. It stretched the job to 1.5 hours which they charged me. This is dishonesty. Dale's deserves 0 stars since honesty is so important in businesses like this.

I live in an older house with older pipes. Despite being careful with my septic system, I occasionally have issues with it. I fought with a toilet clog all weekend before finally throwing the white flag. I called on a Sunday to schedule service for first thing Monday morning. I almost immediately got a return call after talking to the answering service. I received two texts on Monday morning, one to say they were coming within a certain time frame and another to say they were en route to my house. They were friendly and professional and fixed my issue. I won't hesitate to call Dale's Plumbing next time this happens.

We called Dale's plumbing to work on the washer drain. I had just used my favorite knife to cut up some boxes left over from Christmas. Placed it on the dryer where I keep it. Ten minutes later Dale's plumbing showed up I left them to their job. After they left I went back out to the garage and my knife was gone. When I called Dale's, I was told his guys had only seen 2 knives on the dryer. They were the only ones in the garage and my knife is no where to be found! The boss sounded as if he could not care less. We will never call Dale's plumbing again! If you have to call them in to your home, hide anything value and watch them like a hawk!!

You're making a big mistake if you call this company for a plumbing issue. We had a water leak and called them to come out and look at it. He came in and didn't run any tests at all. He just spoke with us and went out to his truck and wrote out a $4,800 estimate. We then called out a leak detection company in Oklahoma City. They found the leak and and charged us a little more than $500 for repairs. Total bill for driving from the City and repairs was $990.

I woke up this Sunday morning around 5:30. When I went to the bathroom I could hear water dripping. I opened the door to my water heater to discover a bad leak. In a panic because I couldn't get a bucket in there I called Dales. A guy showed up by 6:30 and was gone by 7. Thanks guys, I got your back.

Dale's plumbing must be so very busy that they absolutely cannot stand behind their own work! We were never so disappointed to learn that the last time they came out they left the crawl space under our house wide open, north side! As a result unwanted animas made a home underneath but a cold snap came through and our pipes froze. We contacted them about the problem. They called back,. ""We'll be there before 5"" they said. NO SHOW!! So we went to pipes that burst! Called them , ""We're on our way"" they said... Guess What??? YOU GOT IT!!! NO SHOW. NO APOLOGIES. NO SHAME IN THEIR GAME!!!!
Look, I truly hope that everyone reads this because what kind of business should ever be soooo great that they can afford to treat people this way? They could have cost me my home! Damages are into the thousands. They could have taken ten minutes out of their precious time to at least shut the water off. Now they won't even acknowledge my calls. If I could afford to take them to court after paying for all of the damages they've caused, I would. PLEASE BEWARE !!!! They have a great reputation, but why? I'll never understand. Thanks for taking the time to read . Minus 35,000 stars is their rating from me.

They came and did a clean out on the dran on top of the house. The price was great and yes I will be using them again. A great company everyone must use.
