Have used Dale on several projects. Personable and polite, but even more important, precise and competent. With Dale, you get the job done correctly, no slacker shortcuts. I'm not a full time Havasu guy, so it counts when you need someone there, when you are not. 10 stars.

We own a rental property and not permanently living local makes it difficult to get a toilet replaced, whicch is normally task my husband would do. Dale responded to my service call without reservation for me not being present on the propert at the time of service. He replaced the toilet, provided pictures and video showing his work. I can't recommend his trustworthy and loyal service enough especially if you have rental properties.

After getting the run around with one company in town and another not even showing up (common problem in Havasu) a friend of mine gave me Dales #. He actually showed up when he said he would! I just needed water softener work but after talking with him, decided to get a whole new ""Nuvo"" system, super glad I did! Price was very reasonable as well. That was a few years ago and over the years I have had Dale come back several times to fix water heater, install main shut off valve, pressure valve and install ice machine line. Every time he showed up on time, made quick work out of every project and had great prices. I think this guy is a one man show so you dont have to worry about flaky employees, you always know what your gonna get!
