Had a water heater issue that turned out to be an accidentally low setting on the heater. Did not need to replace the heater. The plumber from Dale confirmed that it was the setting and not the heater (saving me a considerable amount of money.) He did replace the recirculating pump (Grundfos) and give a good explanation on the valve pipe attached to the pump. Previous plumber gave just a ""don't touch"" with no explanation other than scare tactics. Appreciate the candor and service.

A third great experience with Dale. Had a dinner party scheduled and needed emergency service for a sewer line back-up. Dale came out within 30 minutes of our call and had the problem completely resolved with an hour. The two men were very professional and extremely competent. Would recommend Dale without reservation. Much better than the ""Rooter"" guys and less expensive.

Dale Plumbing installed the necessary gas and water needed for a new washer and dryer we had purchased. They also installed a new toilet. Their work was efficient and the they were very courteous. I would definitely use them again.

Would never recommend. Was not informed that they started charging when the tech and truck leave their shop. 45 mins to arrive at my house. I had a back up in my toilet. He arrived at 10:15 am and finished at 12:12 pm. They charged me $412 .00!!
Left it a filthy mess and did not even calk my toilet.
Called to complain he came back the next day and calked my toilet. The women was very rude on the phone and tried to blame everything on me. I would never recommend this company.

Have used Dale Plumbing twice and was very satisfied. Their proposal was half of another company with one employee doing the work instead of two and promised completion in half the time. I have used Dale Plumbing a couple of times with a rental property that I own. Their pricing is very competitive, the two plumbers I worked with were very professional and they came up with creative solutions to some non-routine plumbing problems for me. They show up on time, work quickly and test the work they've done before leaving. I would recommend using these folks.

My father used to use these guys back in the 60's and 70's so I called them.
I made an appointment to check my sewer line. They gave me a window of time from 11am to noon. I left work to be home by 11am. They called me while I was on my way home to tell me the guy had arrived early and since no one was there he left and went to his next appointment. What!?! I took time off work to go home. WHAT!?! Yeah, and did I want to reschedule. I told them no of course. Don't use them.

I have no idea where the negative reviews are coming from. We decided to use the recommendation of a friend and ignore the Yelp reviews, and we're glad we did.
Dale Plumbing did a terrific job for us, coming out quickly when our sewer line blocked up, explaining everything and doing some extra work on top. They charged 1/4 what another service estimated and saved us time as well. We highly recommend them.
