We were in need of a water heater so we called several plumbers. Dale Norton, gave us a quote and a time to install. They were very pleasant and performed the work as stated.

I was pleasantly surprised to be able to schedule day-off for someone to address a leaking pipe, but when I subsequently scheduled time off work in order to accommodate the scheduled arrival my experience ceased to be pleasant.
No call and no follow up regarding the stated arrival time; none of my messages were returned and no one ever followed up, leaving me aggravated and home from work without my problem being solved.

First of all, Dale Norton Plumbing has done work for me in the past and everything was just fine. Fast forward to October 8th, when I discovered my shower head was dripping and my first thought was ""Call Dale Norton"" so I did. Whomever it is that answers the phone, should not do so as they have the personality of a stale potato chip. Hopefully, that's their phone personality only. Dale and I played phone tag for a couple of days and then he told me that he was going out of town the beginning of the next week (October 12th) and that he would call me at the end of the week to schedule a day and time for him to come out. It's now Wednesday October 21st, 2015 and I have not even gotten a call back. I'm sorry but if a business wants to get more business, by word of mouth, shouldn't their customer service be stellar...to the point of calling a customer back when they say they're going to call a customer back? I would think so. So my review here is from that standpoint. Very bad customer service. Dale Norton, if you don't want to come fix my shower than be man enough to say that. Not doing something you said you were going to do, in this day and age of the internet and business review websites, will only get you negative reviews. I am so disappointed in Dale Norton Plumbing. Be wary, they do not have good customer service.
