Made additional recommendations to prevent future leaks - which we agreed to have done given the age of the house. it's rare to find someone passionate and willing to talk you through the process, answer all your questions and be bluntly honest about your options, things that should be done soon versus things that can wait. very happy with the clean work. he asked for a trash can and broom to clean up as he worked. Gave us a price for labor and materials that wasn't outrageous. Will definitely use him again.
