Dalby Pump Service

I've had Dalby Pump service out three times in tho last five years to service my residential well. This weekend he was out to replace the submersible pump on my well.

Every time he comes out he is polite and knowledgeable. Two years ago I called a plumbing company who sent out a plumber and a assistant. The were under a He house and out in five minutes and said I needed a new well. They charged me $200.00 So, I called a well driller. mr Dalby came out. Went under the house. Went out and put some meters on the well. Then went under the house and In one have hour came out and said you fixed. Turns out it was a 1/4 inch nipple between the tank and control that was galvanized pipe instead of brass.

Friday morning I had no water. I thought I might be the same issue as it was a couple of years prior, It wasn't what I thought turned out to be the pump it self. Mr Dalby gave me a fair price when it turned out that the pump wouldn't come out because it was sanded in. Mr Dalby quoted what the overage is. It took an extra day but he even brought out a portable water tank and pump so we wouldn't be without.

When the job was done the price was lower than expected. I found Mr. Dalby to be a fair, honest hard working, fai businessman. If I ever have water problems I'll use him again!
