Justin was fast to respond to my Yelp request for a quote. We spoke on the phone, he was polite and easy to talk with. He understood the tasks, and gave me an estimate over the phone. He was available the next day, but I moved it out 2 days as I wasn't around.

He showed up exactly on time. I showed him the work and he go to it. He was finished what I thought was quickly, cleaned up after himself and made use of the parts I had pre-purchased for the tasks. I was missing a cap, and he had one with him, perfect.

The price was competitive and I'd completely use him again. I appreciate on time, clean, professional and overall just a nice guy.

Great service. Justin does an excellent job and a great clean up. Second time he has been to the house in Irvine. On time. I really appreciate him taking off his shoes. Plumbers in the past just look at me like an alien when I hand them clean booties. I like the way Justin explains everything that he is going to do, before he does it. Justin never ceases to impress me with his customer service.
Almost two years ago I had Dakota Plumbing change all of the water valves & stainless flexible lines along with three toilets.
A few days ago on a Sunday, my wife noticed a value with a slight drip under one of the master bath sinks. We immediately e-mailed Josh and he scheduled us in for the next day. Josh came out himself and since was a fairly new value instead of attempting to fix it, he replaced it. Even though it was almost two years old, he did not charges us. He values his customers and want them to be long term customers. He is honest, efficient and does quality work. Dakota Plumbing is a real plumbing company with trained plumbers. They are not the quick drain cleaner ""plumbers"" that are rarely trained full service plumbers.
You would not go wrong giving Josh and his team at Dakota Plumbing an opportunity to impress you as well.

I have used Dakota Plumbing several times over the years and have had excellent service each time. The latest was in early Jan 2019 where Justin replaced valve cartridges for the roman tub faucets in the master bath.
