I was a bit skeptical when reading the glowing reviews for Justin. I thought he would be a smooth talker, and that I would be able to cut thru his BS in seconds. Well I was wrong. I asked him to bid on a re-pipe job, and he told me straight out that I should seek one of the specialized re-pipe companies as they are priced much better than what he would give me and they do this day in day out. He even threw in a couple of names for me to contact.

I highly recommend this company and Justin. He had a problem targeting the reason for my bathtub leak but credited me the cost of the first two visits upon fixing the problem at the third visit. On time, calls when running late and got me on their schedule fast!! When my hot water heater blew two weeks later I was grateful to have someone to call. Justin came out the same day and had a new hot water heater in stock and with him on the truck. Hot shower that afternoon. Yay!!

Great company! My water heater leaked. Called Justin. He was very professional and efficient in getting it serviced the same day! He called me a few times to inform me as to when the technician was going to come out to fix it. When Daniel came, I found him to be very courteous, knowledgeable and skilled. I was turned down for a plumbing job considered minor, i.e. costs only $350 ;) I guess the economy is booming for the plumbing industry. Shame on me for having a small water leak.

Great Guy!!! I had called about a possible dripping noise that I suspected as a leak. He explained that it probably wasn't a water leak but rather a normal sound due to expansion and contraction of the water pipes. Gave me peace of mind. Thanks for the information. Look no further- this is the plumber you want to call! Justin is so calm, assesses the problem and then gets right to it! Completely professional, fast & neat; his truck is a reflection of how organized he is! He and his assistant were awesome! They replaced an old fireplace gas line fitting that was impossible to remove! I'd give 10 stars if I could!!

Justin is great. I had a very difficult problem where a piece of tile had slid down our shower drain from a previous remodel. It was wedged in the pipe about 6ft down the drain and caused our shower pan to back up with water whenever taking a shower. He was able to see the tile in the drain via his camera. I was fully prepared to either tear out part of a ceiling and a wall to get to it. Another option was to go through an outside wall which would require a lot of demo and repair. Justin tried various things for a couple of hours with no success. We were ready to go through the stucco wall but Justin thought about it for a bit and approached it a different way.

He cut a small hole in the drywall of our little toilet room that backs up against the shower, cut into a vent pipe and went down the pipe with a big industrial size snake. He broke up that tile and flushed it out through the main drain. Problem solved. The only thing I have to repair is about a 12""x12"" piece of drywall - pretty easy. He was on time, he cleaned everything up, we discussed various options and he approached the problem as if it were his own house - not wanting to cause damage to my ceilings, moulding, stucco, etc. I will definately be saving his business card - but hopefully I won't need to call him again.
