I had Dakota Plumbing out twice in the past few months. First time was to replace water supply fittings to my washing machine. The second time was to track-down a leak in my wall on an emergency basis. That turned-out to be a pin hole in my old copper piping. Both times the service was first-rate and competitively priced.

I had an urgent issue with a toilet in my home in Mission Viejo. I called a few plumbers but either couldn't get someone to give me any type of price transparency or couldnt come out soon enough. I then luckily and fortunately stumbled upon Dakota Plumbing. After our first call, they provided a time the very next day that they'd come out and provided me with price transparency right over the phone.

I gladly obliged and the next morning, they were at my house. The professionalism and service was top-notch, and more superior than I even expected. I appreciate the promptness, the professionalism, and the overall experience. Their pricing is also very reasonable. Within 30 minutes, my toilet was fixed and cleaned for use.

I would highly recommend Dakota Plumbing for all plumbing services. I surely will be using this company for any and all my needs, and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Justin at Dakota plumbing is great. He sent Brenden to our house to fix a persistent leak under our kitchen sink. Brendon showed up on time and worked diligently to fix our leak. Brendon was very professional, clean and polite. It is very hard to find good tradesman now days. It seems everybody is out to rip off the customer and then do a lousy job. Well, that's not Dakota Plumbing. Justin and his team of professional plumbers do such an amazing job, I put their phone number into my smartphone. They might not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Dakota Plumbing for any plumbing need. By the way, about a year ago, i called Dakota Plumbing for a quote to fix our shower diverter valve. Brendon came out and spent over an hour trying to get the value out. When he could not get the valve out, he called Justin. The two of them worked on that subborn shower valve for maybe another few hours. Finally, it came out. There was such a iarge lime deposit on the valve, it was like welded in there. To make a long story short, Dakota did not charge us for extra time and honored their quote. Like I said, good, honest and dedicated tradesman are hard to find. No more searching for me when it comes down to an honest plumbing company.

I solicited 3 quotes to repair a main line leak and chose Dakota because their quote was the lowest and Brendan very thoroughly explained how they were going to fix the leak. The job was completed on time and even though it became more difficult than they expected, they did not add to the original quote.

I had Dakota Plumbing to my condo for two separate jobs. The first was to replace the pressure regulator and gate-type shutoff valve (the originals from 1983) with new fittings including a ball valve for the shutoff. I felt really bad for Brandon who had to work outside in the rain, and with several other contractors all descending on my place at once. He went right to work and about an hour and a half later, he was done. He did a great job and left no evidence of his presence other than the newly installed hardware. He didn't even complain about the rain, which was pretty heavy while he was working.

I also wanted to relocate the gas pipe for my kitchen range from the high point on the wall where the original builders installed it to the correct place near the floor. Based on my first positive experience I decided to call Dakota Plumbing again. They don't do drywall repair, a fact that they CLEARLY communicated to me before they even took the job, Brandon (on a repeat visit) very carefully cut through the wall and put the pieces back in place which made the repair quick and easy.

I was able to schedule both jobs in advance, and got a 100% accurate quote over the phone. Both times Brandon showed up right on time. They did ask if they could reschedule the second job due to a sudden rush of work, but that wasn't a problem because I didn't have an emergency.

Dakota Plumbing is a good, ethical, and honest company that deserves their positive reputation on Yelp.I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
