I called Albert Compos of Daily Plumbing & Drain Experts to come to my house in San Pedro to troubleshoot the cause of my ""tankless"" water heater not supplying any hot water even though it is less than a year old. After looking over the unit for a little while, he was able to detect that the salty air from the ocean nearby had caused oxidation to form and build up on the copper pipes and inside the the adjoining electrical plug connection. He cleaned off the oxidation from the pipes and covered them with a special protective pipe insulation. He also replaced the oxidized electrical plug and applied a protective coat over it for protection from any future salty air oxidation. I highly recommend Albert and the Daily Plumbing & Drain Experts for any problems related to plumbing issues.
