Your two technicians just left after finishing up on an issue we were having with our Rinnai water heater. From the moment they got here, after they reviewed my need, they explained what they would be doing. I let them go to it and in less than an hour they were done. Steve the head tech explained thoroughly what they found and how they addressed there findings. I tested the water system and it works much better.
From my initial call for service with Michelle and her follow up with an even sooner appointment, to Steve and Jason servicing the water heater I couldn't be more pleased. I'll be sure to contact you guys for all my plumbing and heating needs.

A little background. Have used Daigle a number of times previously; and they installed a new water heater in September 2010. Earlier this year I had a set appointment with them. On morning of, they canceled my appointment to handle some emergencies calls they received. I was pretty bothered by the last minute change, but understood. Called them about a month ago when heating system wouldn't work. Didn't receive the same treatment. They couldn't handle for a few days so I needed to call Palmer Gas...who were great. Fast forward to Friday, Dec 7 (2018) at 10:30pm when our water heater busted. I called Daigle's emergency line at same time; I called back at 11:30pm""ish"" when I didn't receive any response. Their answering service called me back twice (the last at 2:10am) to say that they weren't receiving a response from anyone; and that I should get a call at 7am (Sat morning). I called Daigle today (Monday, Dec 10) to let me know that I never received any call and/or response from my emergency call, and that they lost a customer. I've been a propane customer of Palmer's since 2001, and now I'm a heating and plumbing customer as well.

I just had a water heater installed by Daigle Plumbing and I couldn't be happier. Zach and Kris (the two technicians) were efficient and knowledgeable. They showed up within the agreed upon time frame and went to work immediately. Zach showed me how to operate the water heater and the work area was clean and neat when they were finished. Back in the office, Shannon provided me with a perfectly accurate quote, scheduled the work and took care of the payment.

I told Zach I wish I had more work for him - that's how great the service was.

My compliments to the entire Daigle team. Based on my experience with these folks, I would recommend them to everyone.

Have used Daigle in the past and thought they were great. Called a couple of years ago about a septic issue and they were less than pleasant. We thought we would give them another chance today. Called them at 2:30 in the afternoon for a leak that needed to be fixed soon. They didn't have anyone that could come out until ""after hours"" Okay, that made sense, but they told us we would have to call back again at 4pm to schedule something. REALLY?? How does that make sense? ""It's our policy"" was the answer. Will never call them again.

Had a problem with my 8 year old heating system and a very experienced technician came out to diagnose the issue.... I was in the room and before he even started, the office called and asking him if it needed to be replaced. 15 minutes later, he tells me everything needs to be replaced (including the power vent). The sales guy will call me to discuss... meanwhile I have no heat for the third day. I knew this was completely unnecessary and Daigle Plumbing taking advantage of my difficult situation. The price for a new system would have been around $10,000. I called Irving and the sent a technician out and he repaired the system for under $700!

Couldn't be happier with a company! Our boiler failed on Sunday and they came out Monday morning and we have a new system up and running as of Tuesday afternoon so we could have heat and hot water. The crew and workmanship was top notch. It's nice to find a place that I have never worked with before, that was able to help out and go the extra mile - and do it well. I highly recommend them!

After purchasing my first home in Dec 2015, I called premium home inspector Inc. The inspector mentioned how the water temperature from the bathroom shower faucet went cold quickly, but he explained it was an easy fix, just by turning the water boiler valve to get it to a higher temperature.
I moved in on Jan 2016 and there was still an issue with the water.
The boiler had a service tag left by the previous owners, they used Daigle Plumbing& Heating, Derry NH for yearly check-up since 2008, with satisfactory results. So I called Daigle and explained my issue. The Daigle rep came out to inspect the boiler, he called me at work & explained that I needed a coil flush & acid wash because it was plugged up. He gave me two options: 1St I could do a temporary fix, which would be $266.00; 2nd option would be to have it replaced, which would run me $2,000. - $3,000. The head of Daigle Also confirmed the same options. So I agreed to the temp fix, since I was in a financial hardship at the time of purchasing the home.
The Daigle rep just took him 20-25 minutes for the temp fix and never left a receipt/invoice for the service with my 21 yo son.
The temporary fix only lasted for 2 days!!
About a week an a half Later I called Premium home inspector to complain of the fact that this would be an ""easy fix"", and what was done by Daigle Plumbing & Heating, and that the issue is still not resolved. Home inspector called Daigle to get the facts. Home inspector Inc told Daigle that the diverter needed to be changed.
Daigle told the home inspector that they gave me several options for repair. So I called Daigle and asked why these options weren't offered to me when I first spoke to them. Daigle said I misunderstood because everything they offered to me was in the computer. system..Daigle did not want to resolve the issue with me, so I asked them to send me a copy of the invoice for the worked preformed.
Home inspector Inc came by Feb9th 2016 to change the diverter and the same day I received Daigle's invoice by mail, claiming they replaced the tub/shower valve spindle & diverter. Home inspector handed me the old valve spindle & diverter that he replaced, which I still have, and the invoice showing that Daigle charged me for, oh and supposedly it stated it took them an hour to replace...shame on them!!!! This is my first review, never thought I had to but just want to warn everyone who reads this post, don't make the same mistake!!!

I came home one Saturday evening to find my house cold and my propane-fired FHW boiler dead. I called Daigle the next day (Sunday) for an emergency call. The on-call plumber showed up as promised to deliver the last rights to this boiler. It was 22 years old and I had been expecting it to expire. It was just one of those premonitions. I had a major service call 11 years earlier and it was eleven years later now and some familiar moans and groans had been coming from it. A repair would have been an expensive proposition even it all the parts could be obtained -- and I'd still be left with a 22 year old boiler.

Steve showed up the next day to discuss a replacement. I got an estimate for an updated version of the same unit which also provides hot water on demand as did the original.

I obtained an estimate from another company to see what the present market and technology alternatives were. I chose Daigle because they had done the original install, the estimate was the lowest, and I preferred the technology they proposed as I was familiar with it and pleased with prior performance.

The plumbing team showed up on Tuesday AM and we had heat and hot water shortly before supper time. The install was neat and clean. No muss, no fuss.

Sometimes Daigle can be tough to schedule in a minor emergency due to demands for their service. In the past I've received discount coupons for future work as an apology for being unable to respond timely. However, in this instance they went all out with all hands on deck. I doubt I'll be around in 22 years but if I were they'd be my first call.
