I called Dahme after reading many favorable reviews and I have to say they were spot-on! Bar none, this was the best decision I could have made as Mike came out when he said he would, was friendly, professional and fixed my VERY stubborn kitchen sink clogs and cleaned up and was out in about an hour! The charges were reasonable with no extras or padding the others throw at you. No joke, I totally picked the right plummer. Would use again in a heartbeat. Well done Dahme!
Hint: Always ask for Mike, he's truly is the best!

The technician came out and did the job of flushing the pipes properly. However, he made an error in the calculation of the billing receipt. It was a small amount which I did not catch until I was reviewing the billing. When I called Dahme, the lady answering the phone said it was too late for them to refund the error that the Dahme technician had made. Surprised me that Dahme's representative would refuse to refund a small amount when it was their billing error. Suggest you double check the math on your receipt if you use this company.

Water coming up from the basement drain-out...Mike showed up on time, worked diligently for 3.5 hours, and cleared the clogged! (Lots of stuff that shouldn't have been put down the toilet and also TREES ROOTS that required cutters.) He answered all my questions (without being condescending like so many are to an elderly woman), suggested preventative maintenance, and left the place neat and as clean as it was when he had arrived. Though the price was well above the averages I had been told to expect by other companies and neighbors, it was well worth the work of this seasoned UNION plumber. Thanks Mike and DAHME's!
