The level of assistance is outstanding. Knowledgable staff that don't just point to where things are (like home depot), but really can assess and recommend. We had 24-year old bathroom fixtures and they knew how to make sure that the right parts were replaced and compatible with discontinued line.

They also sell professional grade fixtures. Sort of like buying a lower grade set of pots and pans at Walmart instead of the more expensive but much higher quality professional chef pots and pans. You get what you pay for. Home Depot and Lowes have the same brands but the models are not the same and they often have cheaper plastic parts instead of metal parts.

We recently remodeled our master bathroom, and we bought the sinks, faucets, toilet, and shower hardware from Dahl. Excellent customer service with no pressure. Fair prices, great communication, everything arrived on time as promised. Next home improvement that involves plumbing, we're going back to Dahl.
