Had them replace the insides (fill valve, drain valve, flush handle) and seats of a couple of toilets, and couldn't be more pleased with the results. The plumber arrived within the promised time window (two days after I made the appointment), and knew exactly what to do. I had already purchased the parts from a distributor, after identifying the correct ones by calling the factory. But the manufacturer ships """"universal"""" replacement kits, with extra parts because the kit has to fit any of several models. The plumber knew just what was needed, and what wasn't. Both toilets now work perfectly, and no longer leak. The extra parts would have driven me crazy if I had attempted a DIY repair. For me, hiring an expert was money *very* well spent. Thank you, DAG Plumbing.

I was very dissatisfied with the service that was provided to us when we called DAG plumbing to fix a leaking faucet in our bathroom. The technician was unable to correct the problem iand did not seem to have a grasp of knowledge regarding what needed to be done to fix this relatively simple problem. I was able to get much more help from contacting Delta customer Service who manufactured my Faucet and they gave me detailed instructions as well as sent me the replacement parts for free to remedy my problem. When I contacted Dag plumbing regarding my dissatisfaction they were very dismissive and said that they thought they were justified in charging me the $95 diagnostic fee.

These guys were contracted to install a toilet by a contractor doing some water damage mitigation. They did not install the toilet properly and I ended up with sewer water coming up through my floors. They refused to fix their mistake. It was a $300 fix and they refused to do anything but put the toilet back in for me at no cost. Bad business in my opinion. I would never allow these people back in my house again.

Same old , same old, fixed one problem, said they'd get back to me about my other issue but never bothered. I got a different response on the phone than I did from the person who actually showed up. Waiting on a part when there was no waiting on the part, etc.

I was referred to DAG plumbing after contacting Kohler looking for recommendations. I was having issues with my shower system and had already gotten an 'estimate for repair' from another local plumber...with what I believed was an excessive estimate. I really needed a second opinion and was so grateful to have been given the contact info for DAG! The technician came today...professional, knowledgeable and kind....and, most importantly HONEST! I highly recommend this company - the problem has been fixed and hundreds of dollars have been saved! Yes, hundreds....!

Horrible service from the second you call for an appointment to the day they send out an inexperienced plumber. Many reliable plumbers to call - this one got too big for it's britches!
