I worked with Matt and Mark last February to replace my mother-in-law's water heater and they replaced the inbound regulator and shut off valves in front of the house along with the kitchen faucet as well. They did a great job. Last Sunday, we noticed water on the ceiling in numerous places which indicated a leaking shower valve in an upstairs bathroom. I called him and left a message hoping he had a slot for Monday to fix it. He called back in about an hour and after I described the situation, knew what to do and said he would be at our house Monday Morning @ 7:00am. Told him I might be in my jammies but that is the price to pay for being so early!! Anyway, he stopped at Home Depot to pick up the part before coming over and in 15 minutes had it fixed and provided the name of a good drywall guy to fix the ceiling. Mentioned that my checks are at my office so how do we pay and he gave the bill and said mail it when you can!! Would give 10 stars if available.

Professional, reliable and trustworthy. I first used Daddario when the ""smell good guys"" wanted $3000 to put a clean-out in to clear a clogged kitchen drain. Matt cleared it for $160. No up sale. I've used him ever since. He's busy for a reason. Simply put the best plumber I've ever used in 20 plus years of home ownership.
