God bless Da Vinci's Best Plumbing and their EMERGENCY SERVICE! I contacted them at 7:38 p.m. because both our toilets would not flush. I was in a panic and tried everything short of grabbing the 25 foot snake. Kenney showed up within minutes. He went into my crawl space, banged on a few pipes of my 25 year old house and things starting moving! He then went outside with his snake camera and gave my pipes what I considered a colonoscopy. It was cool to watch. My poor old pipes are sagging and need to be raised to the proper grade. He had us flush out they system a few times and got us up and running. I am good now, so after the first of the year, when I can afford it, he will come back and fix the grade of the pipes and I'll be set. I so appreciate him dropping everything to come out for my emergency! They are the absolute best and I highly recommend them to everyone! -Oct 2024

$100 to show up and then they give you the ""options"" to unclog a drain. They were clear about this before coming but the first option was $560. Some other method for $710 and the 3rd option was $1,062. Nice enough guy but we paid the $100 and rented a drain snake at Home dept for $30. It took me less than 15 minutes to unclog. Thought you had to go to med school to make that kind of money.

They came to our rescue and even rescheduled for us on short notice! They were prompt and polite. Very reasonable in their price. They even fixed a slow drain in the bathroom that they were not there to fix at no extra charge. I would recommend this local, family owned business to anyone who needs a plumber.

They responded quickly despite me contacting them very early in the morning. They offered me the quickest appointment time. They arrived on time, and got the job done within one day. The $99 dispatch fee was waived after I paid for the work. My only issue with them is the restoration company that they referred me to (911 Restoration). This restoration company told me there was water damage in several rooms of my house when there wasn't, wanted to charge me twice as much as any other company for repairs, and when I asked for proof of the water damage, he started ignoring me. So I recommend Da Vinci Plumbing, but I do not recommend 911 Restoration.

Kenny was a hero to our family in the midst of a horrific ice storm which caused a pipe to burst in our home, unleashing a flood of water and threatening deprivation of clean water for us to consume. Kenneth came to do some pretty significant work at our place. He replaced wastewater pipes that were installed in properly, fixed a leak in our shower, installed a hose bib, ran pex to our kitchen and snaked our vents. He did great work and the inspector seemed impressed with his work. Pipes that used to run across walls in take up a significant amount of space in our basement are all now tucked up to the rafters. We will call him in the future.
