Randy Z.terrible. had 4 other contractors come in to see his work. they all say he has no pride in his work. got no permit and when caught got 11 safety violations. costing me another $1200 to make it right and pass inspection. that's not counting all the other issues with the system. he makes promises he won't keep. he makes appointments he doesn't keep and he won't even call you to say he's not coming or will be late. just doesn't show. worse when he's paid in full. BEWARE!!
L B.I just called DA Reese for a boiler problem. I told him another HVAC service had just come out and didn't work on that brand of boilers. He told me ""If they wouldn't work on it I won't either""
And hung up on me.
He did not offer any other recommendations or names of other companies. He just flat out hung up on me.
Do not use this service. They are absoutely unprofessional.
