My 80 yr old mother gave Taylor $5000 deposit to install a septic tank an drain. Weeks go by an he tells me. I'm sorry a refund is not an option. You paid the deposit which is agreeing to our quote. Materials were already purchased . It doesn't matter if a 3rd party does it or we do. As long as it gets done. As for the EPA we both verified that the EPA was backed up with permitting for 6-8 weeks or 4-6 weeks if we have a private company do the perc test. I will call and talk to someone about getting someone out there in the next couple of days. Our 3rd party chargers $400 a pump out. He wouldn't return the money until I filed a report with the credit card company an this is what he said Your return was submitted and is usually a turn around of a couple weeks but you made the process longer by disputing it with your CC company so that's not on us. Stop thinking you can get over on the elderly

***WARNING***DISHONEST*** Da Drain Fellas came to fix a leaky pipe and garbage disposal. My house had been re-piped more that 20 years ago and the pipes were now very brittle. I was given a quote by them verbally then in writing. On 03-13/2023 Da Drain Fellas LLC, phone numbers203-306-9157, they arrived to preform a total pipe replacement on my home. That Thursday, 03/16/2023, I had my handyman came to patch my sheetrock from the plumbing job. While patching the hole in the kitchen wall, a pipe burst flooding a room in my home and leaving me without water for the day. I called with Da Drain Fellas to let him know what happened and that he needed to come strait away to reconcile he problem. He had me send him some photos of the break so he could stop for supplies. I had mentioned to him that the pipes looked old and not new. He texted back the everything is new. I then inspected the job with the handyman while we waited for the plumber to arrive and repair the pipe. There is still a huge amount of old pipe remaining. I will attach photos. Many show cobwebs and dust and paint on the pipes. Following my re-pipe with Da Drain Fellas, I had an issue with my kitchen sink, both bathroom sinks( the inspector fix one because Da Drain Fellas cross thread the filter part forcing the water below the cabinet, master toilet and water pressure. Da Drain Fellas said that he could not repair the kitchen sink because it was jammed (it was not the Jammed piece easily came out w/o force when I had the faucet replaced) and that he had not touched my toilet. None of these had a problem prior to my hiring Da Drain Fellas. I made a decision to call Rotor Rooter to do the new repairs costing 400 plus dollars not including the 200 dollar faucet that I bought to replace the one that was NOT really broken and for a second opinion. The plumber from Rotor Rooter confirmed that Da Drain Fellas did NOT do a total re-pipe and that the pipes were old. I looked on the county website to see if Da Drain Fellas pulled a permit. There was none. So, I asked them for a copy of the permit they pulled and when the inspector was to be coming to check their work. They never responded in writing. I pulled my own permit. Da Drain Fellas did not pass the inspection. I hired a 3rd plumbing company to revise the re-pipe on my home costing another 7500 dollars. They removed all of the plumbing including the PVC that Da Drain Fellas had installed. The PVC in my home was date stamped 1996. This was removed from my attic, under my kitchen cabinets, master bathroom, washer and all outdoor spaces They (Da Drain Fellas) attached the new PVC to the old 1996 PVC. I have attached photos. In all, I am out over 14 thousand dollars. I filed a complaint with the BBB hoping they would do the right thing. As expected their response was also dishonest.
