Dave installed our water heater a little over 3 years ago and it developed a leak. Dave came out and found the problem. It was still under warranty and he called and settled everything quite fast. He replaced it with a new one. He does excellent work.

I called D.Varela plumbing about a cooktop and telescopic downdraft installation. He listened to everything and asked questions about exactly what I wanted. He then told me he could come out for an estimate the following Wednesday.

Wednesday comes, and I haven't heard from David. I text him......nothing. I call him.......it goes to voicemail. He couldn't even give me the respect to cancel the appointment. There is no way this guy deserves even one star. If he can't do the job, or even doesn't want the job, TELL ME! To have me block off a day for our appointment, then completely blow me off,is reprehensible. I cant imagine doing this to someone. Complete disregard for someone who was willing to hire him.

We had another plumber quote us a price to switch out a couple valves on our water heater. I felt the price they gave us was very unreasonable so I asked David for a quote. David was very friendly and reasonably priced. I will definitely use his services again.

I'm a tile contractor I've used David several different times to remove old shower valves and replace with new ones. Rollman tub valves, replace tubs, re plumb sinks , angle stops. Etc. he's not the lowest priced plumber but you pay for what you get and when it comes to water why would take any chances. At least that's the way I feel. He's a honest man I know this because he is my younger brother and proud to say that. You can't go wrong using him do do your plumbing.

David Varela of D. Varela Plumbing/General Contractor is wonderful! My parents called him to fix the clog in our kitchen sink, causing everything to back up and not allowing the disposal to work. Scheduling the appointment for him to come to our home was very easy, he was very professional and really nice, and he even came to our house later in the day/early evening when other businesses aren't available. He fixed the clogged pipe very fast, was clean in his work, and even quickly fixed another small issue he noticed while working on the pipe. His prices were VERY reasonable! My Dad wanted to pay him for the extra little fix he made, but he kept telling us it was no problem at all and try to decline his multiple offers. My Dad wouldn't take no for an answer, though :)
