Called in regards to issue with toilet, receptionist mentioned limited availability. We agreed on a time and date, and then when it came to information, the minute I spelled my name, she said they are not accepting new clients. I've never heard of a plumber who only worked with people they are familiar with. Not sure if this is an issue because I don't have an American name, but found this strange. If you haven't worked with them before, save your time and don't call since they aren't accepting new clients.

Tom does excellent work. EXCELLENT work. That said, the office staff is quite rude, to say the least.
