My gas control valve went out on my water heater. I was able to get a D & S plumber to come out on the same day. I was not able to get the problem resolved due to a part that had to be ordered from the manufacturer. Once I received the part, D & S was able to squeeze me in. I wasn't expecting a repair tech to come out until 6 - 8 pm, but the tech was able to make it to me 5 hrs earlier than scheduled! Great company, this is my second time using D & S and each time was a professional experience.

D and S plumbing came to my home to repair a plumbing problem on the outside of my home. The plumber that did the job failed to cap the pipe and my home was flooded. Rather than accept responsibility and file to the insurance company that D and S has for liability , I was forced to have Allstate pay all repairs and sue for damages . Allstate did hire an attorney and settled with D and S for the costly repair. I think it goes without saying integrity in a company is everything.

Our guest bathroom sink had been stopping up for a few weeks and we tried at home remedies to fix it before calling plumbing. I went on Ola Talks via Facebook to search reputable companies and D&S was the best! Seth was very knowledgeable with information, future do's and don'ts and pricing. He got the job done in 5 minutes for half the price quoted because it was thankfully a simple fix. I'll def call this company in the future if we need them. Thank y'all!!

Absolutely the best Plumbers I've ever dealt with. Honest, dependable, reasonably priced. I had them come out due to a bad smell like sewer and leaking from under house. This house was built in the 40s and the pipes were not up to code, plus had started leaking. D&S gave a thorough inspection and the house needed to have all new piping to fix it correctly and up to today's code. I also asked for quotes to replace the toilet and tub w/ back drop with something better. Also to fix my leaking kitchen sink and put in a new vanity in the bathroom. They were reasonably priced, worked quickly and efficiently, and had it all done in 3 days. That was a lot of work, putting in all new pipes under the house, pulling out the old, updating the piping inside the house for kitchen, bathroom, washroom, etc. Everyone I spoke to from D&S and worked with on this project were wonderful! So glad I found them. Very very happy with the results and best of all that terrible odor is gone that was causing me health issues.
