They promptly set the appointment for Monday (it was not an emergency). I received confirmation by text and email, my tenant was available earlier than scheduled so D&S took care of them. I was having new flooring installed in my home and the installers said there was leak at the toilet supply line. He was unable to completely shut the water off. I needed to have a plumber come out either today or tomorrow to fix it-yikes! I found D & S online and chose them based on their location and previous reviews. They were able to send someone today and he arrived 2 hrs earlier than they quoted me. Mike was great, he quickly identified the problem and fixed the leak coming from the toilet supply lines. The final price for the work ended up being $90 less than he originally quoted me-hooray! Thanks D & S you saved the day.

I came home to water coming through my ceiling and noticed it was right beliw our master bathroom toilet. I called a couple places and received no answer. I called D&S and they answered right away. I called about 11am and they said they could be here between 3-5. They arrived right at 3. It turned out the bolts on the back of the tank slowly loosened and that was the cause. They were quick, efficient and did a great job. They also were very reasonably priced. Will definitely call them again if I have an issue.

My water bill was extremely high. The water authority said there was a leak and suggested we check all toilets by placing dye in water tanks to determine if there was a leak, no leak indicated. We checked every possible water source. I was very upset about the leak as I had paid to have a break in the line repaired just a year earlier. I called several companies who said entire line needed to be replaced The price for repair by these companies was much more than I could afford. I saw an add for D&S Plumbing and called them. The price they gave was reasonable. The technician was friendly and helpful. After installing the line, he discovered the meter was still running too fast. The tech checked and found another leak under the sink. This was repaired at a reasonable price. I'm glad I called D&S Plumbing. Problem finally solved!

D&S Plumbing to the rescue!!!! I had a busted water pipe this week from the street to the house, I called a few places but D&S was the only company that I got to respond at 8 at night and from the office team to Mike who came out to appraise and do the work they were all very professional and friendly! I felt like I was getting help from family as apposed to a company! This is a great company with awesome work ethic! Highly recommend them to anyone. And while I hope I don't have to call on them again anytime soon, they will be my fist and only call.

I called on 8-17 and spoke to Shawn, advised of my issue (a foul odor coming from my kitchen sink that does not have a garbage disposal) that fills the entire house. He submitted a request for a plumber to come out. Trey called after while and advised there's nothing he'd be able to do but come, look at the sink, smell the odor, charge me a diagnostic fee and tell me to put bleach down the drain; all of which I've done numerous times and more, to no avail, so I figured something was wrong which is why I called a plumber to identify why the odor persists and to try and resolve it. I can appreciate honesty but there has to be some type of resolution instead of my just dealing with it so who am I supposed to call if not the plumber? Possible sewage gas odor (which is dangerous an toxic) throughout the entire house but there's nothing that can be done? I called back to speak with Daniel and identify why I wasn't advised that nothing can be done initially before anticipating someone to come out. I spoke to Shawn again who advised the reason he requested someone out was because he wasn't a plumber. I asked again to speak to Daniel and was informed he is in N.C. I asked why I wouldn't be able to contact him just because he's in N.C. and I was informed he's doing a job out there. So I inquired my not being able to speak to him and if I'd have to wait until he returned and I was advised that he would reach out. Missed a call a while after from who I presume was Daniel but he didn't leave a message nor answer when I called back. The only reason I presume it's him is due to my researching the # that called. Highly unprofessional. Update on 8-22, had another plumbing company come out and they confirmed the smell was sewerage gas which is highly toxic and extremely dangerous to inhale in, meanwhile, I was ignorantly staying in a sewerage smelling house of which Trey with D&S Plumbing told me he could do nothing about but smell it, tell me to pour bleach down the drain, and charge me.

Amazing! After calling around to get some advice on re-running a gas pipe in the Kitchen that was blocking my stove from aligning flush up against the wall, I was told that the job could not be done due to the placement of the pipe in the sub floor. I called D & S at the last minute and from the moment I spoke to someone on the phone they knew what the issue was and scheduled me for the exact day that I needed at 8:00am. Well, at 7:58am Mike called and said he would be there in two minutes! Exactly at 8:00am. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and fun! He explained to me that the job could be done and what he was going to do step by step! Mike had a great attitude and got the job done in exactly 30 mins. Not only would I recommend D&S but ask for Mike! He was awesome! Thank you very much! Job well done!

Could not find any plumbers to come to the house for a gas leak on a Freezing Sunday. Called many. Homeadvisors only one supplied recommended plumber did not even call back. Steven returned my call within 10 minutes, was out at the house within 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem within 1 hours. No extra Sunday charge, no emergency charge, and did exactly what was asked of him. We were so grateful we tried to pay them more but he would not take any money extra. I will always call this guy now when I need a plumber. You would be wise to do the same. If you are in the McDonough/Locust Grove area, this is the guy to call.
