I recently had a Rheem hot water tank installed by D & S Drain Cleaning via my 210 Home Buyers Warranty. The technician came out on Sunday, July 1, 2018 about 6:00 P. M. and finished the installation Just about 9:00 P. M. He was courteous and efficient and did an excellent job, taking care to clean up any """"dirt"""" as he went about the job. I was well pleased with his work. However, he did not have the Rheem booklet and warranty form, that would come with the water tank, with him. I spoke to him on July 2nd and he said that he would come by with the booklet on July 9th. As he did not come by at that time, I have called D & S Drain Cleaning several times and always get the voice mail. I have left several messages, and even sent a email voicing my need of the warranty for the Rheem water tank. Getting no reply to any of my messages, I called 210 Home Buyers Warranty and had them call D & S Drain Cleaning since they paid D & S for doing the job. Still, twenty-five days later, I still have no warranty to mail into the Rheem Corporation. I can only hope that nothing happens to my home hot water system within the period which Rheem warrants its products. I can envision a situation occurring and Rheem teling me that I failed to send in the warranty and 210 Home Buyers Warranty telling me that the warranty by Rheem has not yet expired and since I didn't mail in the warranty card to Rheem, 210 is under no obligation to solve my problem.

Had their referral from a coworker after a panic when my garage flooded from a leak. I called and needed someone out in short notice. Doug told me they were fully scheduled for the day, but in good faith trying to prevent me from being even later for work, came out himself and found the source of my issue and had the pipe replaced and water back on with water cleaned up in no time!
