I worked with Josh and DR Plumbing to get my water heaters replaced with a Navien tankless water heater on Feb 4th 2024. They did a great job with this installation. As part of the installation I had also paid for a recirculation valve, but this was not installed on the same day as the parts were not available on a Sunday. Since then I have tried to schedule an appointment with Josh for over 6-7 weeks, and they have not kept their appointments, and keep rescheduling at last minute. They don't seem to have any respect for customer's schedules or they don't care to keep their promises as we already paid them in full. My 2 cents, their initial work is good, but they are not trustworthy to keep their promised appointments and cannot be trusted for an emergency.

I bought a tankless heater from them. Everything was good until I paid in full.
Then, it took them longer than a year to pass the city inspection. until today, I still haven't seen any proof that it actually passed the inspection after I have asked many times. Moreover, the purchase includes a 10 years of free annual flushing. Every time I scheduled the service, they always no-call-no-show.

Josh was very pleasant when I spoke with h.....said he was not available but could come in a week, so I waited. When I called to confirm, he said he was on vacation but would send someone...don't know why he didn't just send someone else in the first place instead of having me wait a week. Regardless, that "someone" never showed up.

We had a gas line with a hidden hole in the attic. He was very responsive, even through the hiccups along the way that were mostly out of his control. Every was done correctly and efficiently. I would highly recommend his company in the future without hesitation.

I just used them a couple weeks ago and they did a great job. I liked the upfront pricing. I just sent a photo of the issue and got a quote. So when you want an estimate for comparative shopping, you have it. Their pricing is reasonable. Then they came right out, knocked it out and was gone. You can't ask for better. I will use them again.

These are the people to work with if you have any kind of plumbing issue. My ordeal actually started when I asked the sprinkler guys to come replace a sprinkler they had just installed. They noticed a leak in my front yard where water was pooling out to the street (I admit, I'm a new homeowner and didn't know that a water puddle in the front of my yard when we've gone 40+ days without rain was a problem...). They dug a bit and then informed me it was not the sprinkler pipe but was an issue with the main water pipe to my house and that I needed a plumber.

After doing some research online, I found Josh and his team at D R Plumbing and called him. He was very responsive and able to send out his team the next day and immediately get down to business. While he was here, I showed him some other issues I was having in my house and he immediately put together a package deal for me. The issues at my house were, in my opinion, some pretty big plumbing issues, including a water heater replacement and the aforementioned leak with my main water pipe connection, but he and his team were able to take care of it all quickly and at a very reasonable price.

I can't recommend these guys enough. I definitely plan on using them again for any future plumbing needs, and you should, too.

Our outside faucet began to leak in the off position due to winter freeze Dallas experienced last winter. After googling multiple Plumbers we decided to use a local company (D R Plumbing of Flower Mound) that had what we thought was a good rating. I called Josh the owner of D R Plumbing and explained the situation with our outside faucet and he said he would send someone over in the next few days. Once the D R Plumber arrived he explained to us that the entire faucet from the stem forward needed to be replaced in order to stop the leak.The following day after faucet installation the new faucet began leaking from the stem. Called Josh explained the situation multiple times and each time he promised to come by personally to fix the new faucet leak. Never showed all 3 times he promised to come out to our house. After a month we finally gave up after the third promise to repair correctly what we paid for. My only guess is Josh installs inferior parts takes the repair money and moves on to the next customer.
I'm writing this to warn anyone who deals with Josh and his company (D R Plumbing) to steer clear. Josh comes across as a nice guy on the phone but doesn't want to do the right thing as a business man or Plumber.

I truly wish I could give them a good review I have read good things right here on Yelp about them but with three promises for three consecutive days that Josh would be out or have one of his people come out to look at our issue with our bathroom shower fixture And an outdoor frozen pipe repair no shows and no calls.
