Had the best experience today with DR Plumbing !! Water Shut off valve to the house has been leaking . Made an appointment two weeks ago and they called and arrived as scheduled . Had to hand dig down two feet through mud, rocks and a huge amount of roots to expose the valve! Lane knew exactly what needed to be done ... had to head to Show Low for proper parts and was back promptly to finish the job! Wonderful experience... highly recommended....

Our hot water heater went out. DR quoted us for replacing the heater with a tankless heater. Their first open appointment was a week later. During that time we were without hot water. Come the day DR promised to be here they failed to show up. When we called their only excuse was ""there was a mixup"". We called Elvis with CA Plumbing. Elvis showed up right away, got our hot water heater working immediately, and quoted us a $1,000 less than DR Plumbing to install the same tankless heater.

We requested a camera to scope a pipe - they showed up without one and then charged use $480 - and ended by saying we needed to request a camera. After confronting them they refused to refund the previous visit (though, after adding another $580 bill for over $1100 total they knocked off $200). Point is - the first visit was not needed and we had not requested it - but we are paying for it. Also, most expensive plumber I have ever used.

I noticed the ground was wet in front of my house and so I called my regular plumber. He told me that He would not be able to come over for two weeks. I called a plumber I found on line and they never called me back. I called D R plumbing and they said they would send someone over soon. Later that afternoon a couple of guys from D R plumbing came over and climbed under the house and found that the main waterline coming from the meter was leaking and needed to be replaced. They called for the ""before you dig"" service and said they would be back on Thursday. I had an appointment early Thursday and when I returned they had already dug a trench for the new line and removed a piece of skirting and were deep into the repair. They left for lunch and returned and finished the installation of the waterline and began filling in the trench. They only cut off the water for about 20 minutes and when they left at the end of the day they had finished everything except the final grading of the dirt and cinders. The following day they returned first thing in the morning and within one hour was finished.
They guys were very professional and wasted no time at all. I was very impressed and very satisfied with the cost. I would recommend D R plumbing to everyone. Well done!!!!!

The estimator was here on time, and gave plenty of notice before he got there which is good! I talked with him about running new water lines through floor joist.
Plumbers came out. Same thing, on time with notice. But they ran the pex water lines in the 2x4 exterior wall. Now I'm having a problem with them freezing in single digit temperatures. Also the new drain line they ran stuck out from the framing at the floor. Now I have to notch the Sheetrock and hide it with baseboard.

I can't say enough good things about Daniel and Danny from DR Plumbing. They are honest caring folks who were very prompt in getting out to our house after we called.
They got right to work in getting to the root of our water leak, all the while explaining and showing us where the problem was.
After there part was done they called in a restoration company and stayed with us the whole time.
They returned two days later when the restoration company were finished with their part and replaced the kitchen faucet and replaced and installed two more items we had concerns with.
They have called several times and came out again to make sure everything was working properly and have walked us through and help by calling and advising our home owners
insurance claims folks on two different occasions.
We couldn't ask or wish for more.

We phoned DR Plumbing after hearing about them from some friends who live one street over. I would not have called DR were it not for the fantastic recommendation of our friends Gary and Lynn.

Anyway, we phoned DR as we had been smelling mold around our jacuzzi bathtub, but could not pinpoint it. The prior owners had not used the tub in what had to be years as evidenced by the black gunk that came out of the jets.

It was during our cleaning the neglect from the system that the leak showed. In the process of cleaning the years of neglect, the tub plumbing started to leak. It was a leak that only presented itself when the jacuzzi jets were actually running.

While I don't quite remember the timeframe I was given for someone to show up, a technician phoned us back very quickly and said he had time and could come take a look.

While I failed to get his name, he accessed the jacuzzi plumbing components through an access panel and asked me to fill the tub. After filling the tub, he in fact found a leak and repaired it.

Thanks to DR Plumbing for finding and fixing the leak. The cost was very reasonable and we will definitely keep their number handy. Highly recommend DR Plumbing.

These guys were GREAT!! I highly recommend this company. We discovered that we had a pipe leak in our tiny crawl space at the furthest point away from the entry door. The team showed up not long after I called the office and we're total professionals. The poor guys had to army crawl in the mud all the way back and had it repaired within 45 minutes from when they arrived. I certainly wouldn't judge this company by one bad review. Top notch company that I will always use!
