I used D&R for my addition and they were absolutely fantastic. Bruce and his team were professional and performed the work with no issues. They were very accommodating when I requested some minor additions to the job like running a hose bib out to the side of the house as well as other minor modifications.

Their pricing was fair and they also were reasonable in the assessment of what needed to be replaced and what did not. We talked about a tank-less water heater but he pointed out the fact that the technology was still in its infancy and the cost vs. return on investment did not make lots of sense (or cents). Honest and forthright which was appreciated.

I will call D&R with no hesitation in the future. Thanks Bruce and your team. Keep up the good work in the Nashua/Hudson area!

My rating isn't based on the quality of the work because after 3 calls and almost 2 months, nobody has called me back to schedule an appointment to look at my leaky shower valve. Either the job is too small for them to deal with or they just don't need the work. I've been using another plumbing company for years but they're pretty expensive. I wanted to give D & R a shot and if everything went well I would switch plumbers. Guess I'll keep paying a little more and have an appointment the next day.

We are in the process of remodeling our bathroom. I can't say enough about the quality of work D&R did. He did all the plumbing for the bathroom. He was meticulous and when there was an issue with the instructions for our shower, he didn't just wing it, he went back to the place we bought it AND called the manufacturer. Everything they put in was new and stayed that way! No scratches or dings in anything they touched. They were very nice to work with and he is now the one I will call.
