D-N-A Plumbing is VERY expensive. They took forever to figure out the plumbing problem charging ridiculous amounts with their hourly rate, and host of misc. charges for practically doing nothing. D-N-A are also known as Triple Crown Plumbing - bad reviews there are quite disturbing

I was charged nearly $2000 and when I called in to seek clarification, a guy named Jack who answered told me that for any billing questions, I'd could expect a reply only after a MONTH. After telling him that I understood they were busy and I wouldn't take much of his time, he just skimmed through his records saying that home ownership comes at a price and I should not be complaining about charges. He passed the buck on high prices saying his employees deserved to be paid just as I was also paid in my job. He could not offer an explanation for any of the misc. charges that were on the invoice. I told him that many of the charges were never revealed to me upfront and that's why I needed to know where they came from. But he berated me for calling in although I was being polite all along. Finally he just hung up on me..
