I called DMartel Plumbing based on several positive online reviews. They lived up to their ratings. Responsive, professional, and efficient. They came the next day and had my new water heater installed and the old one carted off in under two hours. I highly recommend this local small business.

Never been so dissatisfied with a plumbing service,$2500 dollars for a new hot water heater and a additional $700 to release the air pressure in the lines.The guy ran the hot water onto my front yard killing 44 feet of my front yard grass.After many attempts to get the company it's two weeks later and it's still not made right.Seek better customer service elsewhere as these owners don't care about repeat business obviously.

I used Yelp to find a plumber for a leak in my shower, I spoke with Dan and specifically asked for a quote before any service was rendered. Dan had said that he would have to send someone to access the situation in order to provide a quote, he made no mention of a service charge. The technician arrived and found no material issue with the plumbing, the shower head was only loose. For this 5 min assessment (in which no actual service was performed) a $150 service charge was issued. I would not recommend this gang of thieves for their integrity.

Moral of the story is get a quote over the phone and have an expectation to pay through the nose with this team. They may charge you both arms and legs.

Trevor from Martel Plumbing came out wearing a mask and maintaining distance as required. He determined the problem with my shower and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. We have four full bathrooms in our home. Two of the toilets were just not flushing well. D. Martel Plumbing is top rated on NextDoor in our area and I called the company.

D. Martel Plumbing sent a plumber out the very next day. Trevor was courteous, honest and patient in responding to all of our questions. He gave us suggestions and we felt so comfortable with him that we asked him for recommendation about replacing other plumbing fixtures in the future. He also provided tips on keeping plumbing fixtures in top shape i.e.. the ""do's"" and ""do nots,"" such as never inserting anything into the toilet tank to turn the water blue.

One very refreshing thing about this company is that they do not charge a service fee to come out. Instead, the plumber comes out to diagnose the issue and provide you with a cost estimate, so that you can decide whether to move forward or not. How refreshing!

This is the best experience we have ever had with a plumbing company. Job well done, and thanks again.
